Dec 16To Whom it may concern.Pertaining to correspondence dtd Nov The customer in question is [redacted] ***' vehicle was towed from [redacted] at the request of the police depton Oct Upon arrival at scene subject car was in the ditch, but not with vehicle On Oct [redacted] called for her vehicle and was informed cost was $for the tow and $per day storage Subsequently vehicle not picked up for more days This is why total cost came to $ [redacted] *** came to pick up her car in the company of a young man and no employee at Mausteller's Svc treated her any differently than any other customer Our standard storage fees are $per day regardless of situation In reference to bringing her own parts for a repair, it is our policy to tell customers we will not warranty a part that they purchased In my 40+ years in business I have never been brought to the B.B.Bfor any issues I believe my record speaks for itself Randy M
