The patio work was done on 6/19/15. On 6/23/15 I sent an e-mail indicating there was a hole in the cement. 6/24/15 I sent another e-mail indicating I was able to put a hole in it with my finger. I questioned as to whether this correctly installed. Not having heard from Matt I sent another e-mail 6/28/15 asking if they were going to correct the situation or did I need to look elsewhere to another company. On 6/30/15 I received a response that he would have someone stop over to assess the situation. As of today 7/20/15 no one has addressed the issue. Considering the project started 12/9/14 I find it unacceptable that we are still having issues with the patio. At what point do I get it redone?
[redacted] called Revdex.com and indicated that this was taken care of on 8/25/15 and final payment was made.
Revdex.com spoke with Matt at the business who indicated that everything has been taken care of.

He really is not interested in addressing the issue. It appears that he does not feel there is a problem even though there are many areas of the joint compound where you can push your finger into. I am hoping that the mfg. will send a representative to our house to investigate the issue. His service is lacking not getting back to me for long periods of time. He has written me off as a problem. I would like you to let him know that I am not happy with the work that was done, not that this will make him more concerned about the issue. He only wanted his money. When we wrote the last check out it had to be made out to him personally and not the company. What does that tell you?

Revdex.com spoke with the business today and stated the following:The matter was to reset a few stones and filling in some joints and address the yard conditions. We had been in contact with the consumer and we were told that they would be out of town for a few months and to wait. This...
spring, the patio was set and the joints were done properly, but due to unprecedented amounts of rain, the joints did not set properly. We will be going back in the next week of so to re-do the joints at no expense to her and want her to be pleased with our work.
