Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] The patio work was done on 6/19/On 6/23/I sent an e-mail indicating there was a hole in the cement6/24/I sent another e-mail indicating I was able to put a hole in it with my fingerI questioned as to whether this correctly installedNot having heard from Matt I sent another e-mail 6/28/asking if they were going to correct the situation or did I need to look elsewhere to another companyOn 6/30/I received a response that he would have someone stop over to assess the situationAs of today 7/20/no one has addressed the issueConsidering the project started 12/9/I find it unacceptable that we are still having issues with the patioAt what point do I get it redone?

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. He really is not interested in addressing the issue. It appears that he does not feel there is a problem even though there are many areas of the joint compound where you can push your finger into. I am hoping that the mfg. will send a representative to our house to investigate the issue. His service is lacking not getting back to me for long periods of time. He has written me off as a problem. I would like you to let him know that I am not happy with the work that was done, not that this will make him more concerned about the issue. He only wanted his money. When we wrote the last check out it had to be made out to him personally and not the company. What does that tell you? Regards, [redacted]
