this been a wash complaint the customer would be reimbursed for the wash they obtained, as well as above and beyond that amount for inconvenience. Due to the nature of this being a touchless wash and is unattended, something as simple as a spit line could cause a bad wash experience. If and or when this happens it is attended to immediately. As I would not want this condition to extend on to another customer. Had I been informed by the customer along with the date and time of visit, video would have been observed and the matter would have been handled in the same way as any other possible claims are handled. Customers will always get rectification if there was any complication and or they are unhappy with the service the consumer had paid for.
