Adirondack Renovations

Electrical code requires a new electric line for a heated floor.  An additional subfloor was added to the existing one.  I never changed any terms of the contract.  Ms. [redacted] paid for some items herself and I adjusted to contract to reflect the new, LOWER, price she was to pay due to this.  I did not ask for the money up front.  When Ms. [redacted] was screaming at me and saying she should have the money in escrow I told her she could pay the entire amount and we would place the money in escrow but there would be additional legal fees that she would have to incur.  She is an unreasonable woman and lies.  There are no other customers that have complained and she would not know any of my customers anyway.  She lives hours from our normal work area.  Thank you for your time.
