Adirondack Tire Center Reviews (5)

It is very unfortunate that our customer who visited Adirondack Tire at [redacted] Ave [redacted] , NY had an experience that left them dissatisfiedAfter review of all the receipts and facts available to me, I feel my store representative handled the customer's request as best as possibleThe customers complaint states that we never did an alignment when the tires were purchased on 04/07/with the mileage of 119, and then returned to our location on 07/31/for concerns of tire wearIn that time frame of months days and 1,miles our findings were that the right front lower control needed replacementThis suspension component will cause tires to prematurely wearManufacture warranty states that mechanical wear voids tire warranty , my branch representative went above and beyond and still prorated the tires eating the cost difference to help a customer in needWe are very sorry that this particular customer feels as they do and we strive to satisfy all customers, but unfortunately what we are able to do for this customer still isn't enough in their eyesIf any further response is required please feel free to contact meSincerely, DMOperations Manager

Revdex.com spoke to Josh at business and the following was relayed: The vehicle was brought in for growling noise coming from the ball bearingsWe put the parts in, no noise noticedThe customer brought the vehicle back at a later time stating there was a squeak noiseThe squeak was coming from the pads
so we put new pads on at no chargeThey returned again at a later time stating there was still a squeakI offered to replace the rotors and take a look at what else might be causing the noiseThe customer brought it somewhere else and paid $1,to have the ball bearings replaced againThey were told different times that the warranty was not valid if they went somewhere else as I cannot return the old parts if I do not have themIn good faith we refunded the customer the price of the parts anyways as it was the larger amount of parts and laborThey will be no more refunded

Revdex.com spoke to Josh at business and the following was relayed: The customer came in for two tires. He declined the alignment at the time. One month later, he returned with the tire issue. I told him we would check it out and if everything is tight and good with the front end then we would replace the...

tires for him. When we inspected the car the bushings on the front right tire was out of the control arm. We offered to replace the tires at cost to assist but that is the best we could do in light of the situation.

It is very unfortunate that our customer who visited Adirondack Tire at [redacted] Ave [redacted], NY had an experience that left them dissatisfied. After review of all the receipts and facts available to me, I feel my store representative handled the customer's request as best as possible. The customers complaint states that we never did an alignment when the tires were purchased on 04/07/2017 with the mileage of 119, 450 and then returned to our location on 07/31/2017 for concerns of tire wear. In that time frame of 3 months 24 days and 1,694 miles our findings were that the right front lower control needed replacement. This suspension component will cause tires to prematurely wear. Manufacture warranty states that mechanical wear voids tire warranty , my branch representative went above and beyond and still prorated the tires eating the cost difference to help a customer in need. We are very sorry that this particular customer feels as they do and we strive to satisfy all customers, but unfortunately what we are able to do for this customer still isn't enough in their eyes. If any further response is required please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, D. M. Operations Manager
