In response to this complaint, I have spoken with Tina as well as other supervisor’s in the office that were here on the day of the call Tina explained to me that she was trying to assist this customer and explain our policy of curbside pickup, and that our drivers do attempt to pick up the containers when they are visible even though not curbside This was corroborated by the other supervisors and employees in the office Tina stated that Mrs [redacted] became verbally abusive to Tina and Tina did confirm with me she responded abruptly with Mrs [redacted] I explained to Tina, that in the future to please attempt to avoid responding as she did to avoid any customer service issuesUltimately the reason that this customer was not picked up on her daily route, was not that her container wasn’t curbside (which is a requirement for our company), was that her bill for November, December, and January bill’s had not been paid The phone # we had on file was ###-###-#### and was disconnected and we had no way of contacting other than monthly statements and letters As for the resolution of this matter, we picked Mrs [redacted] up one final time on February 10th at no charge, then Mrs [redacted] paid her final bill and ended her service Please feel free to contact me with any further questions Thank you, Chuck MDirector of Operations Adirondack Waste Solutions

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  In response to Mr. M.'s response sent to you, the matter was resolved by the company picking up their container, & not charging us for the month of February & our bill was paid in full. What Tina had failed to mention was that we had called several times in regards to garbage not being picked up and as Mr. M. said, they had our old number on file. We gave them on two different occasions both our cellphone numbers, and we were tired of them using the excuse that they didn't have a way to contact us, because they did. I appreciate the Revdex.com's response to this situation and I sincerely hope it helps Adirondack Waste Solutions in improving the quality of their customer service. Respectfully, [redacted]
