I am rejecting this response because: I just wanted clarification on your offer. You gave 3 options. Do you mean to offer each as its own offer or as a combination? I would be willing to pay you the $1300 and then recieve my $5034 back in full refund. I understand it costs money to remake the ring and I want to be fair.

[redacted], We appreciate your business. Our return policy is clearly stated on the sales receipt. Here is what we originally told you when you asked about our return policy. We said that since we modified the ring buy cutting it up and changing the original design of the ring, which was made to...

fit you’re the diamond you picked out. That we offered to send it back to the designer to see if they would be willing to help us cut down on the expenses incurred by modifying the ring. We did this as a service to you as per our return statement clearly written on the receipts under the “Return and Exchanges” section states “Sales items, Special orders… are not returnable or exchangeable.” It continues to say “A special order is any item that is ordered or ALTERED at the customer’s request. See attached image. The item must be unworn, in the original condition…” [redacted], by cutting out the center setting that was made to fit a one carat diamond we significantly modified this ring from its original condition. Regardless of how long it took for me to do it. We were going to work with you to make this as painless as possible. But this ring cost us money to modify. We have gone above and beyond. And now it is no longer in the original manufactures condition.    Therefore, since it has cost us money in modifying an engagement ring we are willing to sell you just the engagement ring for the total cost of $1954.00. Second we will just take the Fees as per quoted for $1300.00. We feel that this is a generous offer. As per our return and exchange policy this is more than we have to do since this ring was modified. Or finally since you have already filed a charge back to your credit card we will have no option but to proceed and request the full amount of the sale.
