I contacted the company about tears in my mattresses where they creaseI was told that they would take care of it, but haven't heard anything sinceMy warranty on the beds are lifetimeNow the company that handles the mattresses is not in business anymoreI'm stuck with two defective mattresses

I am rejecting this response because: I was under the assumption that the company that made the frame would be able to contact the manufacturer of the mattress because the mattress and the frame came together, So I Called the frame company to see if I could get the telephone # of Sleep Comfort that manufactured the mattress, I had no success getting that information from them

We bought the Leggett & Platt adjustable bed base locally, but ordered the hardware to attach a headboard directly from L & P in Lexington, NC When the package came, there were NO instructions of any kind Just several pieces of metal pieces There was NO hardware to attach the metal pieces to anything
Customer NON Service: First phone call: I was told for over minutes that my call would be answered in minute Finally hung up Second call: same message but this time, for only minutes That was the best part The "customer service" representative was seemingly very unknowledgeable; VERY disinterested in my needs, promised to send an email promptly which had instructions but no hardware, of courseIt has not arrived I would NEVER deal with this outfit again, and would advise anyone to stay away from these people Just bad news all the way around

L&P did not manufacture his mattress; we manufacture the adjustable base for the bed. Our warranty is on the base, not the mattress. Mr. [redacted] has to contact Sleep Comfort for any issues he is having with his mattress. He called us on 5/1/2017 and we advised him that he needs to speak with Sleep Comfort.
