I love my adjustable bed, sense I received it, I broke my ankle. Came in handy!!

While everything that could go wrong, did go wrong, and even got to the point of tempers flaring, I'm giving them the top rating because in spite of everything, my problems were all resolved, calmer attitudes prevailed, they lived up to each and every promise and not least of which is that I've never felt better in my life.

I got the wrong mattress, the bed broke the first day, and I pulled my back out dragging the old mattress around like a dead very fat dog from one bedroom to the other.

But, I have several very annoying problems that the bed and mattress have addressed. I have sleep apnea, GERD, and back pain that has made me one very unhappy camper for four years. I'm athletic and very accustomed to doing everything myself, but the symptoms of these three all at one time set me back to a point I wasn't functioning.

The bed allows me to not use the mouth appliance for sleep apnea, it seems to relieve the GERD although my doctor assured me I still have it and can't cheat on the diet, and as an added gift, my back feels better than it has for four years. Even the injury from dragging mattresses has diminished.

I would recommend this company. I learn more about people when I observe they're behavior when everyone is upset that when everything in letter perfect. I think it's safe to say you can rely on them keeping their word.

 When I purchased the Adjustable Bed never did salesman Michael tell me that the mattress would come separate in a box by [redacted]. Otherwise,  I would have never purchased it. In fact, I was not home and my neighbor accepted the box. He nor I had any idea that that was my mattress, he kept telling me, "[redacted]."  As result, I had to call my son-in-law and he came over the following day to get the box. I couldn't imagine who would send me a gift that was too big for me to handle knowing that I'm a senior citizen and handicap.When my son-in-law brought the box and I tore the label off, at this time I realized it was a part of the bed, still not realizing it was the actual mattress. At this point I immediately called Michael and asked him why wasn't I notified of the delivery. He stated the bed was sent from the factory and he had no control of the delivery. Upon this conversation I arranged a set up for the frame. When the men came to set up the frame/base of the adjustable bed, I asked where is the mattress. They both said, I don't know. I pointed to the box and asked what is in the box. The delivery man opened the box and at this time we realized it was the mattress. The delivery men said that maybe this mattress would be good for a baby crib, but never a mattress for large adult bed. When they unwrapped this "Boy Scouts" mattress we started to laugh.  Both men said, is this a joke. There was papers in the box that said the mattress must sit for 72 hours before the mattress form to capacity. I had a great firm mattress that was comfortable for my weight, and medical conditions.  Sleeping on this bed for about 60 days was unbearable and worsened my medical conditions. It was painful for my knees, back and especially my hip.  As a result, I had a minor medical procedure on my hip. The set was delivered 3/**/2015, after two week of this unbearable, painful conditions I called the company. I spoke to a gentleman that told me his name was bill J[redacted]. He stated that I would have to wait two months before anything could be done. He claimed the information or transaction was not in the system. Also, the law stated I  must have a trail period. On May **, I called back and Mr. J[redacted] stated I would have to send the mattress back by [redacted]. I asked him was he for real, and he said yes. I saw he had game and no respect for me.  He offered no other options for delivery. I called my daughter and she couldn't imagine mailing back an 8 inch. As a result, I had to sleep in my recliner for two weeks. Still unbearable, my daughter took me to the Sleepy's bed company and helped me purchase a new mattress. I feel this salesman should not trick people. I tried numerous times to search for the address of this company. I looked on the receipt, and still no address. My daughter searched the internet, still no location or address. The only way we found the actual business was by contacting the Revdex.com. He stated in his letter that I made 6 monthly installments of  $308.00mo. My bank statement will show the company took out  $308.00 on 8/**/14 and $330.00 on 9/*, 10/**, 11/**, 12/** & 1/** for a total of $1,985.00. Never was I told anything about taking off $1000.00. I hope that someone will be able to help me in getting some of my money back. I would hate for this to be a complete lost.

This bed is amazing!!! I love it??!! The company is great, I had a problem with one of the matrice they replaced it with one that cost 500. More then the original one,Free of charge and free shipping!

Review: On March **, 2015 I purchased an adjustable bed. The salesman assured me that this would be one of my greatest investments in my senior and retired tent years. I made a monthly payment of $308 for 6 months (which total $1,848) to guarantee the pleasure and satisfaction of this bed. I was so excited when I was able to finally install the bed in my house, however, this bed has bed a total nightmare that has brought on NOTHING more that discomfort and many sleepless nights.

On March **, 2015 I called Bill J[redacted] and expressed to him how uncomfortable the bed and the night was. Mr. J[redacted] told me that he could not do anything until May ** because the purchase was not in the system yet, and I had to have a 60 day trial period. To my total discomfort I had to sleep in my recliner chair.

Still unable to sleep on the bed because it was now cause major problems with my hip which I since had to have to injections, I went out in July 2015 and purchased a new mattress.

Bill informed me that I had to returned the mattress and maybe he would return half of the purchase. Being a retired, handicap senior I could not imagine how I could return such an item.Desired Settlement: I would a complete refund of the mattress.

I want to take a moment to thank Michael Peterson for his very professional and speedy help when I had a issue with a defective mattress. I emailed with a issue and followed what Michael said to do as far as sending in pictures and explaining the issue. Within 24 hours I had a reply and within 72 hours a new mattress was shipped and at my door with no charge to me for mattress or shipping. It is nice to know there are still respectable companies out there that follow through and put the customers first. I am very pleased and would recommend this company to all my friends and family and anyone that reads this. So again being disabled and having a mattress issue was very hard. But Michael and the staff made it so easy to get this resolved and I really appreciate and thank all who were involved for taking such great care of this situation and with very fast and friendly responses. Review: FIRST STEP:

I requested cancellation of an order given to sales rep BJ/Adjustable Beds Direct...within 24 hours after giving the order...he told me that it had already been shipped and if he did cancel it would cost me $800+ shipping cost to return it. He even gave me the phone # for the dispatch dept whom told me it was on a truck bound to my home.

Upon reciept of the merchandise I find that the mfg. shipped the product 13 days after my request to cancell the order and thus the order did not have shipping cost on it till then. Upon contacting the dispatch dept. he now says that he put my order on hold...after my first call 9/*/15 and then did a new order....this gives us further evidence that the original order had not shipped and could have been cancelled at that point.

I was not notified of the "hold" status by dispatch or sales in either conversation or at any later date. I was empathically told that it was on the truck and that they could not stop it or turn it around without charging me $800+.

SECONDLY:

I recieved the product (Ajustable Bed) and it worked about 15 minutes ....It quit just after the delivery men set it up and left. I called the delivery people immediately (who were responsible for setup......I had contracted "white glove" service that included setup and inspection that it worked properly...and they said that the truck "was out of my area and could not come back".

I contacted Adjustable Beds Direct and the sales rep....they told me that they were a sales unit only and they can't help with the product or reasons for its malfunction...they suggested that I call service/technical line and I did...no answer....as of this date (one day later) no one has contacted me or returned my calls from the technical dept.

RESOLUTION:

I desire to return the merchandis and they say they don't take back "adjustable beds".... but I find their website says different. In their statement about 120 day trial on their product it states:( "120 day trial is intended to allow you to try our product and allow a return if you don't like the product.") ...Adjustable Beds Direct tels me, when I call back, "oh that means the mattresses only...". I differ.... I believe the word "product" definces the whole product purchased..... the total bed.

REAL PROBLEM:

I was lied to about the product being shipped when I first asked them to cancell the order....the ship date on the Driver Delivery Reciept shows this... Their policy on their website clearly says that all orders may be cancelled if they have not shipped. And even then they may be with shipping charges added if the product has shipped which we now know mine was not. I want authorization to return all product.Desired Settlement: authorization to return the merchandise to the mfgs. (Bed & Mattresses)

Review: I ordered the Queen Infinity Elite adjustable bed from Adjustable Beds Direct for $2,**9.00 with a lifetime guarantee. They delivered the Sherwood adjustable bed with a 1 year guarantee around 8-**-13. I called the company and informed them they sent the wrong bed. The company stated that I ordered the bed delivered. We went back and forth and could not resolve the dispute. I notified Bank of America, my credit card company, on 8-**-13 and explained what happened. I mailed all of my paperwork received from Adjustable Beds Direct to Bank of America billing inquiries. On 8-**-13 Bank of America informed me that they would investigate the matter. On 8-**-13 Bank of America disputed the charge. On 8-**-13 Bank of America informed me to call Adjustable Beds Direct and have them pick up the bed and to get a receipt. On 8-**-13 I called Bank of America and spoke with [redacted] who told me to leave the bed where it was and have the company pick it up. Also on 8-**-13 I spoke with [redacted] with Adjustable Beds Direct and he refused to pick up the bed. [redacted] identified himself as a lawyer for Adjustable Beds Direct and stated that they would not pick up the bed. He later called back and left a message stating that they would have me charged with felony theft for the bed and they would see me in court.Desired Settlement: I want Adjustable Beds Direct to pick up the bed, I have not used it once. I want to make sure the funds are credited back to my credit card. I also want Adjustable Beds Direct to stop calling and harassing me.

[Your Answer On Sept. ** 2013 they said they would take the bed back if I cancelled the dispute with the credit card company, and if I paid $576.00 to pay the shipping and prepay all the shipping packing too. They stated in writing that they talked to the local police after I had to go to the police after threating phone calls saying they were turning me over for Felony theft, scared me so bad I went to the police dept. I have this on tape on my phone. Credit card has taken amount off my bill. All I want is for them to pick up this bed, this is not the bed I ordered ,it also is labeled from China, and I don't buy products from China. On Sept **,2013 they stated again they were going to send this to the attorney, since I was not going to ship their bed back to them at my expense
