I can't fathom the reasons why I see these bad reviews on the Revdex.com about Adjusters Choice IncI have been involved with their preferred vendor programs going on three years nowThe experience my company has had has only been a positive oneThey have helped my company increase its workload tremendouslyAnytime my office staff has a question on an inspection or just something simple as to help us to understand an xactimate estimate they are always available to provide their insight in assisting usIf I could rate this company I would give them stars
Our company signed an agreement with Adjusters Choice Incto receive referrals from Insurance Carriers and Adjusters for mitigation workWe were assured that we would receive a minimum of referrals per month but most likely I was told no one ever received less than We received zeroWhen I contacted them they were surprised to hear we didn't and explained to me that they were aware of at least referrals that we were providedWhen I asked for evidence of this (the Adjusters name, customer name, etc.) I kept getting the runaroundFinally they stopped returning calls and emailsI worked with my credit card company to get my money backI highly recommend avoiding themThere are other contractor referral programs out there that do provide what they promise
Our family had to deal with a fire in our home in September of last yearIt was our first claim we had to file through our insurance companyWe had companies try and trick us at the scene of the fire to start a board up process but we refusedWhen we contacted our insurance company we were issued an adjuster that would be in charge of the claim processWe informed him that we had no knowledge of any companies in the area that could handle this type of claimThe adjuster advised me to contact a company by the name of Adjusters Choice IncHe informed me that they have several programs and reputable companies that can help with the processWhen we made the initial call the insurance specialist that we were issued was amazingHe walked us through the entire process that would take place and provided us a company in the area that was affiliated with there P.V.PprogramWe contacted the company and everything that Adjusters Choice informed us would take place did occurOur home has been repaired and we were satisfied with the company that was issue to usWe would like to thank Adjusters Choice for all their helpIf it wasn't for them we would have been lost in the entire processThank You Adjusters Choice for all the help
