Adjuster's Choice Inc.

Our company signed an agreement with Adjusters Choice Inc. to receive referrals from Insurance Carriers and Adjusters for mitigation work. We were assured that we would receive a minimum of 5 referrals per month but most likely 15. I was told no one ever received less than 5. We received zero. When I contacted them they were surprised to hear we didn't and explained to me that they were aware of at least 3 referrals that we were provided. When I asked for evidence of this (the Adjusters name, customer name, etc.) I kept getting the runaround. Finally they stopped returning calls and emails. I worked with my credit card company to get my money back. I highly recommend avoiding them. There are other contractor referral programs out there that do provide what they promise.

Our family had to deal with a fire in our home in September of last year. It was our first claim we had to file through our insurance company. We had companies try and trick us at the scene of the fire to start a board up process but we refused. When we contacted our insurance company we were issued an adjuster that would be in charge of the claim process. We informed him that we had no knowledge of any companies in the area that could handle this type of claim. The adjuster advised me to contact a company by the name of Adjusters Choice Inc. He informed me that they have several programs and reputable companies that can help with the process. When we made the initial call the insurance specialist that we were issued was amazing. He walked us through the entire process that would take place and provided us a company in the area that was affiliated with there P.V.P. program. We contacted the company and everything that Adjusters Choice informed us would take place did occur. Our home has been repaired and we were satisfied with the company that was issue to us. We would like to thank Adjusters Choice for all their help. If it wasn't for them we would have been lost in the entire process. Thank You Adjusters Choice for all the help.

I can't fathom the reasons why I see these bad reviews on the Revdex.com about Adjusters Choice Inc. I have been involved with their preferred vendor programs going on three years now. The experience my company has had has only been a positive one. They have helped my company increase its workload tremendously. Anytime my office staff has a question on an inspection or just something simple as to help us to understand an xactimate estimate they are always available to provide their insight in assisting us. If I could rate this company I would give them 5 stars.
