I have sent *** *** a bill with a zero balance, even though we had provided him with service from July to Aug when we put him on suspension for non payment of the July - Septquarter and we also picked up the containerHe also has a history of not having trash outI will not discuss another customers account with him

*** *** service was stopped for non paymentI tried to explain to him that it was due by July 15, 2017, for the July thru SeptserviceOnce it has not been paid by the 15th of the 2nd month of service, service is suspended for non paymentHe kept telling me that it was not past due, because
we bill in advanceI told him the last payment that we received from him was April 24th which was for the month of March and the quarter of April - JuneI tried to explain to him that he owed for the current quarter which should have been paid by July 15thHe has a history of not having his trash out and calling our office and telling us we missed itWe have cancelled his service and credited his account for the $
