I had a horrible experience at this Dentistry. Dr. Adkins advised me several times that I needed dentures. I respected her professional opinion and proceeded with my teeth extraction and xrays. After my teeth were extracted and my xrays were conducted, I was told my top dentures were available for fitting. Not only were my dentures misaligned, but my top dentures did not fit. At the time, I was patient and willing to work with Dr. Adkins amid the wait, although I am diabetic and was told to only eat mashed potatoes. But after several attempts to correct my top dentures, I was told I needed to spend extra money to fix my dentures. I was under the impression that the xrays taken should have correctly measured my mouth but due to my inexperience, I was wrong. Now, after paying the additional amount to correct my dentures, the dentures were not adequate-- they were loose, hurt, misaligned, and too big for my mouth. Upset and malnutritioned, I asked what my options were and was told that I would need to purchase a new set of top dentures and find business elsewhere.
I only want to warn people and elaborate on my experience. I felt like I was not cared for and treated how a patient should be treated.
