After showing up an hour late for our appointment, the guy took down the information, measured off the dimensions, took notes, explained the process, and them said he would send an estimate in 2 days. I never received an estimate. When I called several days later, I was told he was busy and would call me back shortly. He never called. It has been weeks. That is no way to do business.
I would advise others to beware!
