Received notification of provider going on medical leave on 10/20/2019 with referral to another provider until her return. I had a balance due, which could only be paid in person or over the phone. Called at least twenty times after receipt of email to pay balance and renew medication, but each time was told they would call me back because the person who takes phone payments was not available, however, I kept receiving the bill in the mail. I emailed both the provider and nurse through the patient portal in hopes I could get a response, but after a few weeks, still had heard nothing. Eventually, calls were not going through, so I drove to the office to handle the bill in person. When I arrived, there was a notice on the door that locks were changed at the beginning of the year. On February 4th, I received a response through the patient portal asking me to mail in my payment. Since the locks were changed, I responded saying I did not feel comfortable mailing in my payment. Today is 3/02/2020, and I have still heard nothing from the office but continue to receive bills in the mail. Not to mention, there was a solid two months where I was calling to get my prescriptions renewed and was told they would notify the provider, but nothing happened.
