Per the documents uploaded below. No verbal promises were ever made to Ms.. However if she would like our assistance in a balance transfer to lose the interest rate, we are more than happy to help.

I was told verbally by Dawn Jones and I have a recording where she verbally promised the "no interest" account that I am not accepting to pay. This promise was made in February. The "No Interest" account never took place with Capital One and I want this case closed immediately. I asked Kerry Carlile to do so in February 2019 in his office which gave him time not open this account with my personal information in accordance with the timeframe in the Agreement. I never spoke to a Dylan ***. As previously stated, I want this ridiculous outstanding account closed with Capital One, my monies refunded, my credit restored, and $5000 for restitution for mental anguish because my personal information was used to open this account. The same credit restoration for all parties affected by this complaint.
