My issues with this company are advertising issues, billing issues, collection process issues, and customer service issuesI received a coupon in the mail for this companies services (Adkore)I have gone to numerous chiropractors but needed a new one since my family moved to FloridaI just wanted regular adjustments but never had problems with any chiro office like this company, AdkoreI made a first time appointment for myself, my year old, and my year oldI took the coupon in for a free first visit in June I was asked to give my insurance info for future visits and to make an inital copay which I didWhich I felt comfortable doing because this was always customary procedure for meI also handed the lady at the front desk the couponWe waited over hours and I nearly left which I wish I would have now but we kept being told that our wait shouldn't be much longerThe female doctor [redacted] called us in (she' no longer employed by Adkore)My children and I answered over questions each as our information was entered into the computerIt was questions about out health, any pain, weight, height, and other general medical questionsAfter that we leftA few months later I noticed I was billed and billed incorrectlyNothing should be owed because of the coupon for the free visitI called the company and was told that I would receive a call backI did not receive a call backI also didn't come back for the recommended follow up/2nd visit due to incorrect billingI did not want the errors to compoundI've called several times and explained that I brought one of their many advertisement coupons in during my first visit but they continued to make promises of correcting the errorsI didn't receive any calls back but a few months later I received another statementI called again and again and again and explained that I should not owe anything because I brought a coupon into their establishmentThat they also took additional monies on the day of my arrivalThey claimed that they could not locate the couponThey don't show my credits as wellThen recently a couple weeks ago my husband and I received a collection phone call for our minor sonI can't believe Adkore placed my minor son in collections!!!! I was not avoiding themI had even gone into their office on a couple of occasions to get this billing error correctedTo place my children in collections is the ultimate low! The collection company they use didn't want to talk with me until they had my minor son's permission and they hung up on meI later discovered that Adkore also place my other MINOR son in collectionsThis is improper billing and collection practicesI am the adult who signed my name on all paperwork as the responsible billing partyYet they bill and place my children in collections for a bill that is an errorThey shouldn't have billed my insurance to begin withThe won't correct the error but worst thing ever is that they placed two of my children in collectionsMy husband and I currently use Equifax credit monitoring services and I'm having to send in birth certificates, SSN cards, and other documents to help remove this collection off of my minor children's accountThey also filled claims through my insurance for only two of usThen they placed the bills in my kids name and sent my kids to collections
