We Austin Mobile Home received a second letter in regards to complaint # [redacted] for [redacted] dated Wednesday, December First of all, we already went to customer’s house to take pictures of all the issues she is concern aboutSecond of all, in the conversation that I had with her I stated we will be ordering all necessary parts to correct issues, and as soon as we have them all I will call her to set up an appointmentWe are trying to correct all issues as quick as possible, and as long as parts are available, and MsBenitez understood such statementLast, we are in the best spirit to take care of all issues, and customer was notified of itIf you should have any questions, please feel free to contact me at information below Best regards,

I am rejecting this response because: We have yet to receive any communication from the business still since we started calling in JulyAs for repairs none have been done that's why they can't list what has been repaired or notAnother thing my sister is a stay home mother and she is always at the residence so as for them stating there is a scheduling conflict with us, that's a clear lieBut again to even say there is an appointment for the repairs to be done they have to either answer my calls or messages or them call me which had not happened This is the only reason we asked the Revdex.com to get involved to assist us with what we are going throughOur next option is to do a lawsuit against the company for the lack of quality of the product that was sold to us and failure on their part to repair Thank you.
