Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]After providing list of repairs that had been performed by me and my uncle which included replacing the fuel pumpBased on those personally repaired items I told him at the time I took my car to the shop that I have diagnostic tests performed by several other shopsI have statements several of these garages that there were no problems with the fuel pump I installedThese shops told me there were other problems with the car and I fixed the identified problemsAfter I made the repairs I took my car back to these shops and they told me the car was repairedIt was the intermediate starting and stopping issue that these businesses could not fix and this was the reason I took my car to his shop for repairI do not dispute that he offered to tow my car, but he replaced an operable fuel pump and did not fix the problems that I took my car in for repairI told him not to replace the fuel pump but to fix my carI did not submit a fraudulent credit card report; I did challenge the fees with my credit card based him not performing the work that I wantedI was originally to be charged for the tow and the diagnostic feeNo repairs were too made until he told me the results of the diagnostic inspectionI am entitled to a full refund based on the fact that he did not show me the fuel pump he removed and he was not authorized to replace the fuel pump Regards, [redacted] ***
