I purchase Kia Soul in Kirby Kia Ventura on October My complaint is they failed to process the $Military cash back I was promised that I will receive by mailI have provided my credentials being in the Military to include a copy of DD-I still also have the e-mail that I sent to the dealer and actually showed it to me the hard copy that they had printedI did follthe cash back by email on Feb and It was by the same person who process my paperworks in dealershop and told me that he will ask the financial officeNow they are telling that nothing was processed and say sorryThat is all they could offer me because of lack good custmer service on their partI am frustrated becayse I was expecting that $Military cash back which is part of my decision to purchase the car

We bought a used truck at Kirby Kia of Ventura on April 15th and drove off the lot with a signed contractThe dealership was unable to get approved funding for what the contract stated and couldn't offer the same payment, after going back and forth for a week with ***, the financial manager, he got funding for new terms after running our credit for hard inquiries and at least for the second party, dropping one credit score by pointsIt should be noted *** promised to call us several times and failed to call us for multiple days at a time, this seems to be the trend with everyone we have had to speak with at this dealershipWhen asked why our credit was run, he stated he had to in order to fulfill a new contract even though its proven he only continued to run our credit so the dealership wouldn't take a big loss on the new contractWe have verified from other Kia dealerships there should be 2-total hard inquiries even after speaking with Arial, the general manager at Kirb

About three weeks again my daughters car started to lose power while drivingI had it towed to Kia only to learn that it was the motorI was told that the bearing in the engine started to shred causing fragments of metal to go through the engine and fluidsI was told that the car would be about to fixIf I could not afford it, I could try and put the bill on a credit card or trade the car inAfter doing some research I learned that there was a recall for KiasThe recall "Consequences: Bearing wear may result in the engine seizing, increasing the risk of a crash"When I called Kia I was told this did not pertain to my KiaI explained tht the recall was for 2011-Kia Optimas, my Kia is a I was then told it does not pertain to Hybrid's, the website stated that it did effect Hybrids as wellI was then told that "Kia has agreed to pay for the part (3700.00) but not the labor and fluidsI would need to pay I do not understand how Kia can determine which e
