was disrupted with bad weather. The key cards for the doors were not working on a continuous base, because our server was hit by lighting, which knock out our system. This causes issues across the board for the hotel. Our IT department was working attentively to get the system back up and running. Under the [redacted] Food Service regulation the Ice Machines are now considered a food items and would have to be handle accordingly.
