Review: I went into buy a used car from Admiral Nissan in July, 2015. I test drove a 2006 Cadillac SRX and everything worked perfectly however after I purchased the car, the backup camera and radio did not work. I was informed this was because the manager instructed the technicians to pull out the entire electrical wiring harness before I took the car home, knowing it was in the process of being purchased. The reasoning was that he was afraid the after market amplifier would be stolen. Everyone involved has stated off the record that this is a bad decision. After I brought the car back in for service the technicians did not wire the harness back in properly which caused the other car electric fuses to go one by one including the back break lights as well as a shifting issue within the transmission and the radio and back up camera did not work again. My aunt works there and has informed me off the record that this going to cause continuous issues here on out with the car because of a bad decisions on managements part, that was ill advised from sales to service.Desired Settlement: I would like to be released from my car loan obligation as the car was in perfect working condition when I test drove it and agreed to buy it. It was after the sale agreement that the manager made the call to rip out the electrical wiring harness. From my understanding and from advise from several other employees that work within the organization, this is going to cause an indeterminable amount of issues in the future and my warranty is only good for another 60 days. So I would like to be completely released from my loan or I would like a comparable replacement vehicle with no additional money being requested.

Review: After failing to fix an air conditioner issue with my vehicle, the business would not return phone calls until the end of the work day. Finally, after a week of waiting for service, the business told me my vehicle was fixed. 20 minutes after picking the vehicle up, the air conditioner was found to not be fixed. A phone call and message was left immediately, no return call was ever received. A few days later, another call was made, and message left, again, no return call.Desired Settlement: I want a written apology and for the dealership to admit they failed to deliver quality customer service and failed to repair my vehicle the first time it was dropped off.

Response:

Client has a used Honda they purchased from us with a warranty through Continental. He brought us the car and we were unable to diagnose the air-conditioning problem so we sent the car to the local Honda dealer. They diagnosed the car and said it needed a Compressor. They ordered it and replaced it for the client. The client then picked up the car and this is the 1st I have heard of the problem still existing. The problem was diagnosed and repaired by the local Honda dealer Boardwalk Honda. If their is still a problem he needs to call them @ [redacted] and ask for [redacted] his service advisor. They fixed the car under the extended warranty that the client purchased when they purchased the car. They also Guarantee their work for 12 months and 12,000 miles. I am not sure who or ware the client is leaving messages but if he would like to speak to me my number is [redacted] and I would be glad to help.[redacted]

Review: I purchased a maintenance agreement as part of a car lease from Admiral Nissan in Egg Harbor Twp, NJ. The dealership was sold and now operates as [redacted]. The new dealership will not honor the maintenance agreement and has charged me $304.29 for service that should have been covered under the maintenance agreement. They are refusing to refund the money. Now I am paying for a maintenance agreement that is of no use.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded and for the maintenance agreement to be honored going forward. The agreement forces me to use the dealership where I purchased the agreement to be where I take the car for service. I need a way to receive the benefit for the price I am paying for the maintenance agreement.

Review: I purchased a car through them in July 2014 at Admiral Nissan, At that time I purchased GAP insurance and the extended warranty. Unfortunately I had a total loss of the vehicle and I quickly canceled the extended warranty. Well the loan was paid off in October and I was in contact with them about my refund and they have been giving me the run around. I went there and they said they would handle the claim after I proved the loss and I still haven't heard anything. I talked to a Tom T[redacted] (Sales Manager) and he told me the company has been sold and it's not there problem. This has been going on for months and I'm owed about $1,900. I would really like to resolve this with out any attorneys. Can you please help me, tell me where to go or what you can do, I'm so frustrated and upset I'm at the end of my rope.Desired Settlement: I am owed the money, I paid for the warranty and canceled after my car was totaled, Admiral Nissan told me what to do and what they need to cancel and get a refund, I did everything they asked and now they don't want to pay what is rightfully my money.
