We hired [redacted] through a friend to replace a plumbing stack that was leaking in our house from the top floor down through the main and into the basement for a agreed upon price. [redacted]. After my husband knocked out the walls in the main floor and in our basement suite so they could replace the pipe he only replaced a 6' section of it on the main floor and left the rest untouched. Hard not to notice when you can still see that the pipe is corroded cast iron then a nice small section of PVC. [redacted] My husband spoke to [redacted] and he agreed his price was way too high and would gladly return some money...which never happened. My husband calling and asking when he is coming to return the money as promised was returned with a threat to call a lawyer. So for $2500.00 we received a 6' section of pipe and two couplers.
