Review: In 2010 Admiral Roofing roofed our house. On Dec. 4, 2014 rain storm caused several leaks throughout the house. On Dec. 5th we contacted Admiral Roofing and spoke with [redacted]. She checked our contract and roof was still under warranty. [redacted] came to the house and made assessment of damages. We were told a crew would come out asap to fix the issues. We started calling the company on Dec. 15 after not hearing back from them. From Dec 15-Jan.5 we spoke with [redacted] (about 5 x's) and were told someone would be out soon, however most of the time no one would answer our calls & we had to leave messages.Week of Jan. 5th [redacted] called & finally got a hold of [redacted]. She explained they didn't have enough workers to do the job & would try to get a date scheduled soon.On Jan. 12th three roofers came out and installed new roof, however rain gutters and inside ceiling damages were not done that day. They said they would be back. A few weeks later [redacted] ran into [redacted] in the neighborhood and was surprised when [redacted] told him "work has not been completed" ([redacted] said he would get on it immediately). Week of Jan. 26 someone came out and took rain gutters off and were placed on our front lawn. We were not home at the time, and we were not contacted. Worker(s) on our property without our knowledge or consent. On Feb. 14 a worker arrived & was only equipped to seal the rim of roof to prepare installation of rain gutters & sprayed ceiling with stain-remover. On Feb. 23 two workers came out and installed the rain gutters, however the rain gutters were the wrong color. After complaining to [redacted] that same day, she said she would send someone out to paint the gutters the right color.Today is March 4 and we have not heard back from anyone at the roofing company. This entire ordeal has been an ugly 'nightmare' for 3 months. Customer service was unsatisfactory, length of repairs unacceptable, and business unprofessional.Desired Settlement: Would like Admiral Roofing notified of complaint and to be refunded for cost of paint and labor we incurred for having rain gutters painted to correct color. It was their error in selecting and installing the wrong color rain gutters. It was clear to see the existing part of the house gutters were brown and gutters removed were brown.I am planning to prepare a bill/invoice to Admiral Roofing requesting payment this week.For more information about this experience please feel free to call us.
