I would like to begin again by apologizing for the experience you had while dealing with your claim. As you and I discussed the other day, we did not handle the transition well when our Examiner, Ms. [redacted], left and we did not realize that her...

phone was still accepting voice messages. We have corrected this issue. I am sorry for additional delays in your claim handling that this caused.
As you are aware, we sent a payment to your for the remainder of your ALE.
As a result, you have now exhausted your policy limit ($6,120) of coverage D. The check for $2,745.00 was issued and mailed to you on April 30th.
Since your loss now exceeds your policy limits of HOD by more than your deductible amount, we also issued you a reimbursement of your deductible in the amount of $500.00.
Stillwater had previously settled your HOC - Personal Property loss on
3-27-15 for $1,157.38 when we mailed out the first payment for your ALE in the amount of $3375.00.
In speaking with you, it is my understanding that the above steps have resolved all issues. If there is anything else I can do to help, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you for insuring with us.

was cancelled at the request of a [redacted] supervisor. On 8/1/17 we received a check payment for your policy from Wells Fargo for $1440.00. As this policy had already been cancelled, we sent a refund check (check #[redacted]) in the amount of $1,440.00 directly to you on 8/22/17. I am rejecting this response because: this is a complete scam. They are lying about our credit rating. We both have credit ratings in the 800s. There was no reason for this insurance company to double our premiums.  We traded a 2003 car in for 2014 car this year. That was the other excuse they gave for doubling the premiums. We feel that this  insurance company started  giving us trouble after we made a claim for vandalism  of one of our cars. They only paid out $400. We ended up paying over $2700 for damages. Ever since the  incident, however, fwe started having problems with them. There was no reason to double our premiums. Once we realized what they had done, we immediately canceled.  But, had just paid a six-month premium of over $1200 before canceling. We expected most of that premium to be returned.  We feel that they are scammers. If they have done this to us, they have done it to other families. This is why we reported the incident to the Revdex.com. The public needs to be made aware. We do intend to seek legal advice and sue them.
