Review: I WENT TO THIS BUSSINESS BECAUSE I HAD A NOISE COMING FROM UNDER MY VEHICLE, THEY CHARGE ME FOR INITIAL INSPECTION FEE OF $85. THEY TOLD ME THE PROBLEM WAS A WHEEL BEARING AFTER PAYING OVER $500 STILL HAD THE SAME NOISE COMING FROM THE VEHICLE. TOOK IT BACK TO THEM, THEN THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY TIRES, SO I PURCHED 4 NEW TIRES SPENDING OVER $1000 FOR TIRES WITH THEM STILL HAD THE SAME NOISE. THEN THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY TRANSFER CASE, BY THAT TIME I DIDNT WANT TO TAKE ANY MORE CHANCES WITH THEM DIAGNOSING THE WRONG PART AND SPENDING ANY MORE MONEY SO I WENT SOME WHERE ELSE. FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATES ATTORNEY OFFICE AND THEY REJECTED MY REQUEST FOR A PARTIAL REFUND.Desired Settlement: PARTIAL REFUND

1st and for most I went to this location to get a tire and rotation service. After I was informed that the service was completed, I than took a look at my car and notice a wheel on the passenger rear was from another vehicle(Nissan) had been placed on my Toyota Camry. I informed the technician immediately. After they placed my correct wheel on my car I than began to head home and within 100 yards from there shop my wheel CAME OFF THE HUB on the passenger side front and rolled across the highway. This left damage to the fender and im sure a other things as well. I not sure the technician ever rotated and balance the tire in the first place. worst service ever!

Review: WENT IN THE BUSSINESS FOR REPAIRS BECAUSE MY VEHICLE WAS MAKING A NOISE, I WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE A $49 INSPECTION FOR TO DIAGNOSE AND GIVE ME A ESTIMATE FOR REPAIRS. I GOT AN ESTIMATE FOR $2192 FOR REPAIRS AND PARTS. I PAID $2192 TO THE BUSSINESS WHEN I LEFT I STILL HAVE THE SAME NOISE AND PROBLEM.Desired Settlement: PROVIDE REFUND OR RE-ASSEST PROBLEM PROVIDE FREE LABOR FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE AFFECTED PART.

Review: On Saturday May 11, 2013, I went to a [redacted] retail store by the name of “Admiral Tire Co.” in [redacted], MD. It is an owned and operated by a proud [redacted] dealer as it says on their invoice report. I went to this store to have a problem with my car resolved. I was having a loud, rattling noise underneath my hood and couldn’t figure out what it was. The store ran a diagnostic on my car and ensured me it was my serpentine belt and lower idler pulley. The Store manager [redacted] ensured this was the problem and when fixed, the noise will stop. In all, he replaced the lower idler pulley, serpentine belt tensioner assembly with pulley. Four hours and $439.11 later, the noise was still there. Now [redacted] said it was the alternator, and I will need it replaced. I asked him,”So, I paid $439.11 for nothing?” He answered yes with no apology for misdiagnosing the problem. He then went on to state that the new repairs will cost $527.53. There is nothing wrong with making a mistake and apologizing for it and then trying to figure a way to solve the new problem, but the attitude and the amount of disrespect I got from your store was disgusting. I was basically told that there was nothing he can do and he will not accommodate me in anyway possible for the troubles that your store has caused. That encounter left a very bad taste in my mouth because as a police officer, I know how to deal with people and the way I was treated in that store was completely uncalled for.

On Monday May 13, 2013, I called the store to see if there was anything that can be done. I tried again to reason with the manager and once again was disrespected by the tone of his voice and how inconsiderate he was to my needs. I then proceeded to call the [redacted] Cooperate customer service in a hope to help me resolve this problem. A customer service agent by the name of [redacted] proceeded to help me with my issue by calling [redacted] and working on a solution, but then he just stop responding to my calls, and nothing was done. The total lack of respect to my issues and concern is mind numbing. As a customer service agent, you should try everything in your power to resolve the issue that the customer has, and I still have an issue. The job was left undone with me wasting $439.11, and being disrespected by two agents in that company.Desired Settlement: I am asking for either a refund of the $439.11 I spent on the first repair, that $439.11 be credited towards the new $527.53 bill, or a reasonable amount of store credit for a future service. Whatever the solution is, I do not wish to go back to the store, I wouldnt feel comfortable with my car in their care. I would like the settlement be counted at another Admiral Tire.
