To whom it may concern,Dear Revdex.com complaints department representative,I am responding on your letter about Complaint # [redacted] which was field on 8/16/by [redacted] ***.I want to start from the beginning [redacted] called our bed and breakfast and wanted to cancel his reservationHe wanted to cancel his reservation day before arrival but wasn't happy with our cancellation policyThe policy stated that unless you cancel the reservation before days of arrival, you are charged the full amount for the stayIn his case, it was a one night stayfrom the first moment he arrived to our bed and breakfast, he came with a very bad attitude and looked at everything with a negative perspectiveHe wasn't happy with anything he saw"The parking lot wasn't good enough, the room was too small, and the room cost too much." He spent the night and in the morning he had a breakfast and left without complaining to housekeeper about anythingThe next day, he sent us an email requesting a refund where he stated he "wasn't satisfied" ( never raising and concerns while staying at the inn )I did not have time to answer him right away since I working from morning until nightWhen I responded to him, I answered his questions one by one and you can see the copy of our conversation belowWe definitely did not have any problems with out breakfasts or rooms and the other guests were satisfied with their stayMy understanding is that Mr [redacted] just wanted his money back and threatened to complain about our B&B to all institutions if we don't give him money backEven though we did not think there was a reason to, we refunded him 15%We wanted to refund 10% when he requested 20, so we settled on 15%I Will send you the link or copy of good reviews from other guests that stayed with us within the week or the same dayWe would not have any good reviews if what Mr [redacted] stated was trueI always go out of my way to make my guests happy, sometimes that involves refunding them moneyThough, I am absolutely sure Mr.***s claims are not true and mainly to get his money back Sincerely, [redacted] [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below First of all, I never tried to cancel my reservation, that is a complete lie Second, my complaints were valid from the moment I walked in and was greeted with an attitudeNext, I never complained the room was too small, again another lie, I had no issue with the size of the roomThe bed was very comfortable, as wellMy issue with the parking lot was raised as parking is advertised as a perk and should be advertised as "if available" which is the case thereThe parking is not monitored so anyone in the town could park there but if it is open, then it's for guests, that message was not relayed.Finally, it is pretty hard to complain to the owner if he was gone by p.mwhen I left for dinner and was not around from the time I woke up at a.muntil the time I left at a.mthat morning, so had he been there I would have shown him my issues with fly's all around the foodThe reason I didn't ask the help that was there was they were not visible and were sitting in the kitchen the whole time.Maybe other guests didn't complain because they're flies and they can move around the building but when I was eating my breakfast there were flies on the wall, don't call me a liar, I never called you oneI make more than enough money to not need a refund or try to get a refund, another insulting comment hereI stay at hotels and b&b's regularly and have never once complained or thought to ask for my money back from anyone until nowSo for this man who was only in the B&B for about hours while I was there for total, to make claims like that are ridiculous, I am in the right to express my opinion and if I feel like I was cheated I do not deserve to be told I am just looking for money backIf you look back at all the exchanges I never once attacked character, I simply expressed a feeling that I was not satisfied Finally, 15% of $is $not the $I was refunded Good luck Regards, [redacted] ***

 First of all, I never tried to cancel my reservation, that is a complete lie.  Second, my complaints were valid from the moment I walked in and was greeted with an attitude. If you look back at all the exchanges I never once attacked character, I simply expressed a feeling that I was not satisfied.  Finally, 15% of $394 is $59 not the $54 I was refunded.  Good luck.
