I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . 
Thank you for helping me find the paragraph that states that interest will accrue if the loan is not paid in full by March 16, 2016.  I attached a document that contains copies of the entire first page of the note and three other bills/notices I received from Admirals Bank.  They were all received after March 16, 2016.  All documents are inconsistent, confusing, and misleading.  Additionally, please see my original complaint which clearly spelled out reasons that I believe the practices of Admirals Bank are misleading and deceptive.  The procedures followed with this loan (such billing only after the interest has accrued), the four inconsistent documents, the intimidating/rude phone calls, and the format of the note mislead and confuse and intimidate the customer in an effort to unfairly collect interest. I am seeking a refund of all interest paid on this loan and for Admirals to stop adding and compounding additional interest and fees.

I am getting fed up of Admiral's saying that I have a June payment when [redacted] said that my first payment would be in July.  When he said that, I am sure that he did not mean that my payment would still be in June, but I could pay in July during the grace period.  I realize that I signed the page stating the 1st payment was June 28.  I did not notice the date when I signed the paper.  If I had noticed, I would not have signed the documents.  Admiral's needs to correct this mistake once and for all.  I cannot afford to make the June payment.  I did make my July payment and soon I will be making my August payment.
