In reviewing the reponse from Admired Construction & Roofing Corp/ Mr*** *** I now see/ understand why there was a Misscommunication &/ OR a HUGE Disconnect between Mr*** & myselfApparently Admired Construction & Roofing Corp has made a HUGE MISTAKE/ ERROR is their business practices involving Bookkeeping/ Accounting Records! This ERROR Could've/ Should've been Discovered MUCH Sooner if Mr*** had responded to my NUMEROUS Requests for the Details on ALL Repairs on MY HOME &/ OR meeting with me to discuss these detailsFINALLY, in his response to my Complaint through Revdex.com I am getting these details, despite my Numerous Requests!
Per Mr*** *** response the GRAND TOTAL of Repairs Completed to Date is: $20,That being said it is OBVIOUS that Admired Construction & Roofing has either Lost and additional payment made OR has misapplied it to Another job!!!!! The fact is that there have been TWO payments made DIRECTLY to Mr*** (Admired Construction & Roofing Corp)
The FIRST Payment was made around June 10, (DATE on letter from CitiMortgage) - Check #*** in the amount of $7,(AMOUNT Lost OR Misapplied by Admired Construction & Roofing**)
The SECOND Payment was made around June 18, (DATE on letter from CitiMortgage) - Check #*** in the amount of $14,(AMOUNT that Admired Construction & Roofing Corp recalls as $15,or so.....)
That makes the GRAND TOTAL PAID to Admired Construction & Roofing: $22,- and the EXACT AMOUNT per Mr*** ***l (Owner of Admired Construction & Roofing) spent on Repairs: $20,
This is an OVERPAYMENT to Admired Construction & Roofing Corp/ Mr*** *** of: $1,in Repairs NOT DONE! Hence the ENTIRE Reason for initiating my Complaint! IF Mr*** had responded to my requests this ERROR on their part WOULD HAVE been Discovered sooner & we could have corrected it then as it should have been handled by ANY Respectable/ Reputable Company, BUT by his Refusal to do so it has taken this Complaint to learn about their ERROR on MY HOME repairs!
At this point I am NO LONGER willing to deal with Admired Construction & Roofing on any further repairs, especially due to their poor business practices to handle payments/ accounts; as well as his Ignoring/ Refusing to supply me with these Details the Numerous times I Requested them (I have ALL E-MAILS related to this)!!!! I am requesting a REFUND IMMEDIATELY in the Amount OVERPAID to Admired Construction & Roofing Corp/ Mr*** *** in the AMOUNT of: $1,to finish remaining repairs myself!
Due to the ERROR/ MISTAKE made by Admired Construction & Roofing Corp, a & Mr*** REFUSAL to discuss/ provide Details on MY HOME, he has NOT Fulfilled the Signed Contract! There have been NO REAPAIRS Requested/ Done outside of the scope of the TWIA Claim!
Furthermore Mr*** stated that I said there is NO Additional Money for repairs - UNTRUE! He has been made Aware NUMEROUS Times now (in E-Mails, Phone Calls & Faxes) that there is a THIRD/ FINAL payment installment from CitiMortgageI am in the process of having this check re-issued Removing Admired Construction & Roofing CorpNot to mention the 'Additional Claim' that he says he has NEVER seen was for the CARPET inside my home, which per Mr*** Response has ALREADY been Done/ Completed & is Factored in to the GRAND TOTAL given by Mr***!!
