Admit One Products provides online E-Ticketing services to events and venues across the countryAs the facilitator for the online process, we provide the platform for purchasing event tickets, but all decisions regarding sales and refunds are, by contract, at the discretion of the event promoterIn the case for the [redacted] ***, we understand the difficulty the customer experienced and sympathize with her frustrationWhen she contacted us for a refund, we immediately reached out to the Fair on her behalfUnfortunately, the Fair held firm on the stated “No Refunds” policy maintaining the customer agreed to the no refunds, no exceptions popup at checkout and noted that multiple email notifications were made reminding customers to print their tickets before coming to the fairWe made several attempts to convince the Fair that the ticket should be refunded, but they refusedIn reality, the customer’s issue is with the [redacted] and not our companyHowever, we recognize there were unusual circumstances and have refunded the $ticket through our own accountShe was greatly appreciative(Please see enclosed email correspondence.)
