in this office our sales reps are required to get a password verification for purchase. Meaning before we end the sales call each customer that agrees to do an advertisement is required to give us a password to put on file confirming their order. The password given to us on this file was 7/7/59. The order was received by [redacted] and the email that was given to send the final proof too was [redacted]@hansonsoftwater.com. I have no problem working out a payment agreement with a discount or talking with this customer regarding this bill to see what I can do for them, however, making accusations like this to the Revdex.com or posting slandering comments about our office is not the way to go about it. Please have this customer call in and talk to one of our management staff in our billing department and we would be more than happy to look into this further and see what we can do for them.
