I referred a technician to a friend who needed work done on a new construction site. The technician came out and gave a bid. My friend decided to use Adney since the guy who works for them was a \"friend\". Once on the job, the technician changed the price of the work without discussing it with the owner of the new facility. The total bill came out to me $2000 more than what was quoted. After that, we received harassing text messages from the technician calling us all sorts of names for not being able to answer his phone call during the day because WE WORK!! I called Adney to address the issue and they said they would. Later that night, we got more messages from the technician. I do not recommend this company to anyone!!

I called and requested service. A plumber called me and said he would be there first thing tomorrow morning and never showed up! I'm a pilot and have select days at home so when they say they are going to do something they need to follow through with it. Didn't offer anything to help for their mistake. Using a different company now. I don't recommend!
