I just had my new awning cover installed and am very pleased not only with the result but also the customer service. Adobe Awning & Shade does outstanding work. Their installation crew was particularly courteous and helpful beyond the call of duty. This company has very fair prices -- about $250 to $300 less for the very same product compared to 2 other well-known competitors I contacted -- and was one of the reasons why I chose them. The delivery of the order was about 8 weeks from the time of contract to actual installation. This is on par with similar companies, so if you go with Adobe, be sure and hone your expectations. Because of their competitive prices, they are very busy and don't communicate with customers unless asked. You have to take the initiative to find out the status of your order. However, the wait was worth the savings. Plus my new front window awning looks incredibly handsome!!

Review: I had Adobe Awning install 3 awnings at my 2 business locations Sept. 2013. One of the 2 large awnings was not installed properly and was blowing a lot in the wind. It seemed to me that it wasn't tensioned properly and was moving so much it is swaying the posts they had placed. [redacted] came 10/22/2013 to see it after numerous calls to them & said it was fine. When it was moving more vigorously I called him again but he never came back. Now it has damaged the concrete where the posts were mounted and the awning is really moving. On the small awning at my other location, one of the mounts broke, we called them & they came, removed that whole awning. Said they would be back & they were coming to fix the other stores big one. No one has been back since to either store. My paperwork says they give a 2 year labor warranty and 10 year manufacturer's warranty. I have called and emailed both [redacted] & [redacted] numerous times to try to get this resolved but they continually ignore us. Now I see they have or had a complaint filed with the [redacted] but also have another company name [redacted] That makes me worry they may be avoiding problems with customers.Desired Settlement: The small awning replaced at my Avondale location, the big awning at the Peoria location installed properly, the concrete that was damaged repaired along with the posts being secured.

Review: I placed an order on July 17, 2013 for 7 roll shades with box covers. In September of 2013 they were delivered and installed. During the installation the installers noticed that two of the shades were cut improperly. They called [redacted] the owner and explained to him what had occurred, [redacted] instructed them to leave the defective ones and he would order to replacements. I have been calling for 18 months to find out the status of the replacements and have had no satisfaction even though there have been promises made.Desired Settlement: Please resolve this situation as soon as possible.
