Adobe Carpet Cleaning Reviews (49)

This company continues to call us blind even though we are on a DO NOT CALL LIST. They need to cease this practice immediately.

This is how my carpet cleaning went with Adobe Carpet Cleaning. A young man arrived and vacuumed my carpets. He then filled a container with water and a cleaning agent that foamed and used a machine that put the mixture in my carpet and with a large round disc rubbed it into the carpet. I asked how the water and cleaner and dirt were extracted. He said they weren't they clean by a method called dry foam. I did a quick search on the internet about dry foam cleaning, it said it was supposed to be vacuumed by the tech after it was dry. After he was done scrubbing the water and foam into the carpet he used a rake to make the carpet stand up and look good. An hour after he left and the carpet was still really wet I got out my carpet cleaner and using just hot water I cleaned my carpets and got black water out of my carpets as well as the cleaner he had put in. My carpets did get pretty clean. I think it was a good pretreatment for me to do some carpet cleaning. He had done the stairs by hand and they are the only place I haven't been able to clean up after with my machine. They feel stiff and don't look as clean as the rest of the carpets. I don't recommend this type of cleaning, there should be a way to extract the cleaning solution, water and dirt from the carpet. Sorry Adobe, there are better cleaning methods, I don't think yours works.

Phone spamming of the worst kind. Asked them to stop and gave them my number. They wont. No message left and when I picked up the phone only silence. The equivalent of a "puppy mill". Will never do business with them because of this and will post everywhere I can my negative experience with their customer service.

Review: As a lot of people get sales calls everyday on their landline and we all know its so annoying, I get numerous calls a day from Adobe Carpet cleaning services and I have asked them to PLEASE REMOVE MY NUMBER, and they just hang up on me. I have asked for a surpervisor and get the same reply, they hang up on me. I have checked out their website for other customer complaints and found numerous complaints for the same reason. Funny how they have Revdex.com on their website when they have tons of complaints from harassing listed numbers. If they continue to call my landline I will keep writing letters to the Revdex.com. Thank You for your time. Any questions please contact me at info inputted online.Desired Settlement: I want them to remove my landline @ ###-###-#### or I will report them for harassment to the Revdex.com until it stops.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Review: This company has called me no less than a hundred times over the past year, on both my home phone and cell phone. I have tried everything I can think of to stop them calling, but nothing I do seems to have any effect. It is verging on harassment. My wife and I sleep odd hours due to our erratic work schedules, and calls from Adobe often wake us. We do not receive many calls on our home phone, but MORE THAN HALF of the calls we do get are from Adobe!

I have told callers that:

1) They are calling me on my cell phone

2) I have been on the Do Not Call list since its inception

3) I have filed complaints with the FCC regarding their illegal practices

4) I have no carpets!

5) Even if I needed their services I would rather do without than deal with such a sleazy chicken outfit

I even tried setting a bogus appointment and sending them to an abandoned house in our neighborhood, but finally told the caller I was just wasting her time and would continue to do so if they didn't take my number OFF THEIR LIST!

When I ask them to stop calling me, they either hang up or tell me they will remove me but don't. I worked for Verizon Wireless for twelve years, and hardly a day went by that I did not hear complaints from customers who were annoyed that Adobe was calling them in violation of Federal law. They did eventually stop calling my cell phone, but the calls to my home phone have increased! This is no isolated good faith accident, but a intentional business practice. It's insane, of course, because not only will I never do business with such bottom-feeding sociopaths, I tell everyone I know to avoid Adobe Carpet Cleaning like the plague. Short of having T-shirts and bumper stickers printed and launching an[redacted].com website, I've done everything I can to steer anyone who will listen away from Adobe, and I always will, no matter the outcome here.

Dear God, I kid you not, they called me JUST NOW and hung up on my answering machine. This is my limit!Desired Settlement: Of course, I want them to stop calling me, but it makes me sick to think these people can apparently violate the law with impunity and then call Revdex.com complaints "resolved" simply because they agree to stop harassing the few individuals who raise a ruckus like me. My "desired outcome" is that they be fined into bankruptcy under existing law.

COMMENTS:The referenced phone number in the complaint submitted has been confirmed as being tagged as do not call. Our system can not call the number in question.

The company continually harasses customers with phone solicitations even when you tell them your phone number is listed on the No Call list. My wife and I have repeatedly asked Abobe to remove us from their call list to no avail - so irritating. We used their service many years ago and their work was average at best.

First I have to say I am not much for telemarketing calls. Adobe called me and offered me a "special price" I was willing to hear the offer. The price on the carpet seemed like a great deal and I thought there was no way could they clean my carpet to my expectation's for the price they quoted me.. I normally have it

They called and gave me what seemed to be a very reasonable quote to clean my carpet. They came out and preformed beautifully. I have to say quite simply "I'm very impressed".

IPayed less than normal and received premium service.

The men came out on time and went to work

Adobe Carpet calls almost every single week and I always tell them I am not interested and to please take me off of their call list. It has never been done and I feel that I am getting harassed by this company. I am on the Do Not Call Registry and I have told them that. They absolutely will not stop calling. I would very much like for these calls to stop!

I recently filed a complaint with Adobe Carpet Cleaning regarding their seemingly unwillingness to resolve a furniture cleaning concern. The person who rejected my concern did not refer me to the technician or owner for resolution. As a result I filed a Revdex.com complint, the owner and technician quickly responded to my concern and the next day the issue was completely resolved. They apologized profusely indicating the process has been reviewed and changes were made to avoid this type rejection going forward. I was satisfied with the overall cleaning job and as a result would use them again and recommend them to others.
