Dissatisfied! What was suppose to be done took over months Then they wanted payment before the job was done and actually came to my house at night Never will use them again and crossing my fingers that the leaks are stoppedStay away!!!
Scott and his crew did a great job! Scott gave us quotes & worked with our insurance company to help us get our approval The crew came out and took extra care to make sure that all my spring flowers & bushes were covered and did not get damaged The crew was friendly, very tidy and didn't have trash and roofing materials everywhere and kept them out of my neighbors yards Excellent job & I would recommend them to friends & family
A section of my original roof had become warped They inspected it, gave me a quote then came out and did the work of replacing the decking and shingles Their work was timely and good quality It has a been a couple years now since they did the work and the replaced section still looks great
Thomas Jefferson Roofing was called in part due to an offer of a $discount for compensation for sending out a failed sales repWhile I mentioned this $discount through the project, Thomas Jefferson Roofing refuses to honor the discountThey now say they gave us an upgrade shingle at a cost of over $1,000, no charge, with no mention of this upgrade on any contract, and that 'cancels' out the discountThe first meeting with the Production Manager, we were told we would get the upgrade shingles - "everybody gets those, we are one of the only places that gives you that"We were handed a GAF selection booklet, opened to the upgraded shingle, and were told to pick a color from the offerings on that pageThere was no mention of additional costTo back up his claim of the additional cost, we were sent a document from Thomas Jefferson Roofing that clearly was made on MS Word that "proves" the different cost, as bought wholesale from [redacted] No letterhead, no
The owner came out, was able to provide multiple options and had an estimate out to us the same day Had a crew out to complete the work within a few days; quicker than I was expecting The cleanup afterwards was impressive Now my roof looks great & I can't find fault with any part of the experience
Office was quick and responsive to my request for a quote on chimney repairs Gentleman who came out to look at the chimney and give an estimate was thorough and processional Work was completed days following, and work that was done was above and beyond expectation!
