Adolph's A-1 Tree Service

I just purchased a home and the two tree's in the front yard I knew needed to go. I called Adolph's tree service and was given an estimate within an hour and I told him to go ahead and do the job. When I got home the trees were gone and it was done so neatly that you barely could tell the tree's were ever there. Great Job! I have more work for him as this property has been neglected for some time, but now I have found someone to help.

What a fantastic tree service. I had a old, but sorely and badly pruned (for years) Olive Tree that I needed to have pruned. Adolph not only explained what type of Olive Tree I had, but also the best way to prune it and the reasons why. He also explained how it would look immediately, and with new growth. The guys (all 9 of them) did a FANTASTIC job. Each of them kept busy the whole time, selectively pruning out the branches and even small pieces of dead wood that lie underneath. It took a while as the tree is rather big and there was so much dead underneath from years of too thick a top growth. They all worked hard, fast and cleaned up everything as they worked and after. I couldn't be more pleased with how this turned out. These folks know what they are doing. SOOO very glad I chose Adolph's A-1 Tree Service. Will use again.

I am glad to report a very positive experience with Adolph's Tree Service in Fresno, Ca. They are very professional about their dealings, were prompt and finsihed all the trees within an hour. They even cut some additional shrubs that weren't included in the original agreement, without additional charge and I received the senior discount without having to ask for it. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for reliable tree service. .

I called for an estimate for a complete Tree trunk and root removal.
I was given what I thought to be a fair price but when the crew was gone all they did was take out the tree and left all the roots.
I was told they would use the stump grinder to remove the roots, they did not (They were fast but I would think there was no time to pull the proper permits)
I called once I realized and left a message with zero response. The second time I called I did receive a call back saying they would take care of me.
Adolph came out and had his crew remove several small roots I had uncovered with my boot and left all the big ones underground that I had stipulated I needed to be removed for landscaping in the first place.
I do know the difference between a stump grinding and a trunk and root removal. When I called again 11/04/16 I was told that they don't remove all the roots and when I mentioned posting bad reviews He exclaimed, "You don't know who you’re dealing with!", as if I should expect physical repercussions. All I ask is to have the work I paid for completed without having to be shouted at over the phone, or worse.
