We are still standing on the grounds that we did not disconnect any ground wire in the process ofreplacing the engine mount and also the exhaust manifoldThe process of replacing of these partsdoesn't require any ground wire to be disconnectedWe are not running away from something that wedid as *** claims it isWe will and have always taken responsibilities of damages that wehave cost during service in the past, but truly ***'s repair work done here at AdornAutomotive did not require any ground wire to be disconnectedFollowing pages are copies of materials which support my position in replacing the exhaust manifoldReplacing the front motor mount next to the right strut tower is so straight forward ALLDATA softwareand *** ** *** software also doesn't provide any information on how to replace this part

We reject the business owner statement.  It is false and not true.  I have written several responses and statements plus sent documentation.  I have attached documentation again.  We are pursuing this matter in under Ohio.

Here's another attachement.
Thank you

On Wednesday, April 23, 2014, Mrs. [redacted] brought their car in for repair, which we
replaced; Exhaust Manifold and a rlght side Engine mount at the cost of $875.21. On Friday April 25,
2014 Mrs. [redacted] picked up their vehicle. I then got a call from her on Wednesday morning April...

the
30th concerning the car. I was told the car cut off on the road and started back up. I then told her to have
the vehicle brought back in to me, as of the time the car was dropped off I could not find anything
wrong, car was starting fine and there was no check engine light to give me an idea on where to start
from. I gave Mrs. [redacted] a call Frlday May 2nd and explained that the car is running fine and isn't
cutting off so then can pick the car up and give me a call if the problem returns in the future. Following
Tuesday May the 6th, I got a call from Mrs. [redacted] that the car cut off and wont car again; I then told
her to bring back In. Mrs. [redacted] did ask me for a loaner car but I couldn't offer them as of that tlme.
We gave Mrs. [redacted] a call lettlng them know that we still couldn't get the car to start and we
couldn't seem to find anything wrong around the area in which we worked or anywhere else. We called
Mr. [redacted] on May 16, 2014 to let them know that the next step is, we will have to take the car in to
the dealership which they did agree on. On May 20th 2014 the vehicle was towed to the dealership at
the cost of $65.00. Couple of day later we called to check on the vehicle and we were told that they
cannot seem to find what was wrong with it so they need more labor time to diagnose, at that point we
told them to hold to get authorization from the costumer. Getting hold of the costumer upon calling he
told us that he could not afford it that compiled us to pick the car up from the dealershlp and paid an
amount of $327.60 for their diagnostic work they have done and an towed the car back to the Adom
Automotive at $65.00. I continued to diagnose the vehicle for some time and still couldn't get a positive
result. Mr. [redacted] called on August 15, 2014 and said he wants to pick the car up and take it
somewhere else for repair because it has been here to long, so on August 20th, the car was picked up
from our lot.
We had a phone call from [redacted] saylng that they got  [redacted]'s car fixed
and that the problem came from a bad ground that they believe we unplugged as a result of replacing
the Engine Mount and Exhaust Manifold whlch caused the computer and all ignition calls to blowout.
Honestly speaking, I did not unplug or broke any ground wire loose so I don't believe I should be
responsible for the cost of repair on their vehicle.
Upon getting some information for this letter, I called [redacted] and I was told
that the last time the vehicle came in for repair work was on September 15, 2014 which was brought in
by [redacted] and had the ECM replaced under warranty. I want this office to help me know
from [redacted] why the ECM went bad agaln after they claimed they have repaired the cause
of the ECM blowing out.
