I purchased my first home in Kennesaw GA February 20, My realtor Wanda S*** was committed to making this process worry free for me, due to a past home buying experienceThe day I found my home Wanda contacted Joseph W*** and he happen to be in the area of my soon to be homeWithout hesitation Joseph came by and did an impromptu walk throughOn several occasions Joseph mentioned having a \"strong working relationship with Wanda\", therefore I did not hesitate securing him as my contractor.\r\nI began various home improvement projects with Joseph W*** April I was extremely excited at all the ideas Joseph and I agreed uponI was so confident and trusting in Joseph, from the very startI often said \"Sure, I trust your judgement on that\"Not long into my renovations, I felt differently\r\nI first noticed certain time frames of projects being completed were not metI mentioned it to JosephAfter several unanswered calls, I received a text stating he had a lot on his plate\r\nNext, I went to my property excited to see my new floors, only to find trash left in my property and a toilet with human feces not flushedI contacted my realtor Wanda totally shocked because this was not the same work ethic from Joseph, I had been shown while working with WandaWanda shared my email to her with Joseph and I received an apologetic email from him stating \"To read what my subcontractors did in regards to the thoughtlessness they gave to your property has me outragedThe measures taken this morning concluded that the subs will no longer be working for me and I have given them their notice.\" After reading his email I felt we were back on a good note and my trust in Adonai Custom Estates was renewed, but I was mistaken\r\nThe next flawed project occurred with lighting instillationCan lights and a light fixture above the kitchen sink were installedBoth projects seemed rushed (picture of can lights attached) and thrown up at the last minutePencils markings and damaged to my ceiling surrounding the can lights were and still are visibleThese issues were brought to Josephs attention at the time and l was told they would be correctedThey were notJoseph asked if the seller had left any paint cans at my property so he could touch up the ceiling and I stated he had notThe light above the sink was installed but was not workingJoseph was also aware of this and explained to me it was the actual fixture and not the installation that was a problemI trusted him and accepted his explanation at firstI soon changed my mind paid and a different licensed electrician to come and look at the fixture.My faith in Joseph had been tarnished and at this point Joseph\'s word was unreliableThe new electrician said the fixture was fine and it was merely wired incorrectly during the initial instillationMore disappointment from Adonai Custom Estates\r\nThe final and ultimate disappointment, which lead to this very overdue review on my experience came in January I had my kitchen counters and back splash remodeledProjects I originally planned to have Adonai Custom Estates complete (project proposal and estimates were given to me by Joseph) but due to my unsatisfactory projects with Joseph I had to find a new contractorSomething I was hoping I did not have to do because Joseph started out as my go to person for my home improvementsThe new contractors applied brown paper sheets with blue painters tape to the edges in order to protect my floors during installation of my countersUpon completion the paper and tape were removed, only to discover patches of hardwood flooring stain removedThe same hardwood floors done by Adonai Custom Estates less than a year agoAt this point I felt defeated at yet another unprofessional job done by JosephSince it was less than one year and within my warranty period I reached out to Joseph of Adonai Custom EstatesI dreaded having to notify him of this issue but felt he was the one who could explain the poor workmanshipJoseph came by my home after pictures were sent to him of the damaged floorsHe explained a layer of polyurethane was removedHe also stated that it should not have happenHe tried to remedy the affected areas but to no availWhen I requested the information for the gentlemen who stained the floors in April, Joseph told me \"The damage was done by other people/subs doing work...Yes I havnt seen it before but they wont cover it b/c it was damaged by contractorsIt would be covered if it naturally started flaking or pulling upIm there just trying to helpIf they come out they will charge thr people who damaged it\"\r\nAs a customer I feel taken advantage of and completely dissatisfied with the work and professionalism of Adonai Custom EstatesI recently referred a friend to Wanda who eventually sold them their first homeShe referred Joseph to my friends as a contractor and they refused to use Joseph or Adonai Custom Estates.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
