Do not get a vehichle from this place! I am current on payments.I missed a 0.26 current payment and they turned my vehicle off.There is no after hour service in case you need help.You have to wait until they open back up at 9:00 pm business hours.Ridiculous! Im mad as heck! Take those switches off these damn vehicles! I WORK!

ADONIS SOLD ME A LEMON TOO!!!!
Adonis sold me a Lemon, and even though Adonis feels sorry for people dissatisfied reviews about LEMONS and non working vehicles they sell like that , I am more sorry they feel the need to sell LEMONS and get away with it. They too sold me a LEMON and day 1 it had issues. They FAILED to deliver any type of adequate customer service in ALL depts. from being on hold for TWO HOURS, to being hung up on numerous times while holding OR PUT ON HOLD BY AN EMPLOYEE IN SERVICE DEPT. and never picked up ! My car was sold as a LEMON day one, and it took TWO weeks to get the part in, and they DO NOT have a fleet of loaner cars as advertised, they have NO LOANER CARS for two half weeks I could not get my unsafe vehicle fixed because there was no loaner cars. It does not matter about other dealerships because if they advertise FLEET of loaner cars you would think they would have at least one. I was told the only one they had was being serviced with a bad engine for weeks. They try to not fix the vehicle to go past the 30 days and make customers pay for their faults of faulty vehicles at the start. I risked my life driving to work with bad transmission and it going from 60 to 30 on freeway, but they sure do want to text/call for the high car payment. I will be sure to tell EVERYONE especially at the big company I work at near the area to NEVER shop at ADONIS, and what a horrible experience it was. Oh and they keep your 5004 down deposit when you could not even drive the car due to it being UNSAFE! just RIDICULOUS! Oh yes, and when I DROVE UNSAFE THE VEHICLE BACK TO ADONIS TO SURRENDER THEY WERE GOING TO MARK AS A TOW REPO! UNTIL I CHECKED WHAT THEY DID AND THEY "SAID" THEY CHANGED, BUT MY LAWYER WILL BE LOOKING INTO THAT IN CASE THAT TOO IS FALSE!

BAD COMPANY DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FROM HERE
VERY BAD COMPANY TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE I BEEN DEALING WITH ISSUES WITH A CAR A PURCHASED FOR MY DAUGTHER 2YEARS AGO THE CHECH ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON I TOOK IT BACK THEY TURNED THE ENGINE LIGHT OFF NEXT I WENT TO GET THE OIL CHANGE AT A LOCAL OIL CHANGE STATION THEY TELL ME THE CAR WAS RIGGED AND THEY CAN'T CHANGE THE OIL ONLY THE DEALER SHIP SO I TOOK IT BACK TO ADONIS THE ONLY CHANGED THE OIL THEY THE BLOWER GOES OUT A WEEK LATER TAKE IT BACK THEY DIDN'T FIX THE ISSUE STILL MAKING THE SAME LOUD NOISE I LET TEM KNOW IN MARCH THE AIR AND THE BLOWER STILL NOT WORKING THE CHARGED ME $100+ I PAID NOW I TOOK THE CAR BACK AGAIN FOR THE SAME ISSUE JUSTIN OR JEAN TELL ME I WILL HAVE TO PAY AGAIN FOR THE SAME ISSUES I'VE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT BECAUSE IT NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY I ASK FOR A SUP NEVER TOOK MY CALL THEN I CALL BACK THE LADY SAY THEY IN MEETING UNTIL 1PM I CALL BACK THE PUT ME ON A HOLD FOR 1HOUR I HELD THE PHONE THEY HUNG SO I CALL FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER THEY ANSWER AND THEN ONCE THEY REALIZED IT WAS ME AGAIN BACK ON HOLD NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK TEXT OR ANYTHING I HAVE NOW FILED A COMPLAINT WITH AUSTIN BBB I WILL ADVISE ANYONE AND EVERYONE WHO ASK ME NEVER TO GET A CAR TRUCK BOAT OR PLANE FROM ADONIS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ONLY FIX YOUR CAR TO DRIVE A LITTLE WHILE THEN A NEW ISSUE BEGIN BUT YOU CAN'T TAKE IT TO ANOTHER MECHANIC BECAUSE ADONIS RIGGS TO WHERE ONLY THY CAN FIX ITS RIDICULOUS! Complete Unsatisfactory
I first bought a vehicle from Adonis Auto in June of 2021. I immediately began experiencing problems. I returned the car 2 months after to have the catalytic converter replaced because the car eventually wouldnt start. It was replaced, and 2 month later my car wont start. I bring it back to them they tell me its the rear fuse box. the bring my car back into the shop, it takes them 3 weeks to order the rear fuse box just for them to tell me they think the gps is the problem. They re-install a new gps, so they say. I pick my car up and literally the same thing happens that night. Now they have my vehicle again and everytime I call for an update, they tell me the task has been assigned to a different technician, or the technician isn't in for the day, or the technician is with customers, or the technician is on break or call back right before close time so that the technician can better provide an update and then when I call back nobody from the service department is there. They have had my vehicle for about a month now leaving me to lyft to destinations that require my presence. I have been using Lyft for nearly a month now and still havent been provided a loaner from them, they havent called back to say that they have credited my acct from the lyft receipts I have submitted. They will literally have you running around for answers regarding your vehicle and it seems nearly impossible to get any of these answers because if you're lucky enough to get someone on the phone, all they do is pass the blame and make empty promises.

We have tried numerous times to resolve the issue with the Jaguar. We have even set appointments and the customer does not show up for scheduled appointment. The simple fact that any highline car is very expensive to fix, the parts alone are very expensive. We did make every
effort to repair the car and by Mrs*** own admission we even let them borrow a car for months at a time when if fact we are not required to let her borrow a car. Any used car sold in the state of Texas is Sold "as is" unless a customer purchases a warranty if they desire to do so. We have gone above and beyond to even finance the repairs that were required to fix her JaguarNot many dealerships offer that kind of service We even went the extra step further of offering to trade her out of the Jaguar with little to no money down. We at Adonis Auto Group try to do everything we can do make sure that each one of our customers is satisfied. Unfortunately we can not be at 100% but then we go the extra efforts of resolving issues to help out our customers instead of kicking them to the curb. Adonis Auto Group does try 100% of the time to resolve issues with the few unsatisfied customers Regards *** ***

I am sorry that the customer has felt it necessary to file a compliant with Revdex.com. Adonis Auto Group has been more than accommodating with this customer. We have gone above and beyond to keep the customer happy. We have taken the Equinox to *** ***t. They
gave us a repair bill and we fixed all the issues. We have even let the customer use a loaner vehicle during the repair process. We have a fleet of loaner vehicles for customers to use. That is not a practice among other dealers like us. The customer requested a bigger car so we let him use a larger loaner vehicle. We have changed his pay date schedule times to help him through his financial problems. We are happy to share more specific things on his account, but cannot due to privacy issues. We have worked on Mr ***' GMC Yukon over the past months He had been complaining about road noise we resolved issue by replacing the differential. The seal started leaking and we replaced that within the week. *** complained about over heating issues we replaced
hoses and a thermostat, unfortunately we later found out that the head need to be resurfaced. *** refused to pay for the repairs however, since then *** has talked to us. We mutually agreed that we would trade him out of the current vehicle into another vehicle of his choice. *** *** Adonis Auto Group

[redacted] just started working  with Adonis,'and don't know the whole nine yards and is lying.  They are who tore up my car and tried/not tried, they did, put the whole charges on me and think that it's justifiable because they financed some of the repairs, not all; let it be known.   I've had conversations with the owner but does not seem to understand that they did all the things to my car: the mechanics didn't know how to fix a jag, Mr, [redacted], I do believe is prejudice.  Adonis, after taking it for brake work, and it turn out to be the motor (LIES). Adonis had my car sitting up for over a month before they gave me a loaner, because I couldn't afford to keep paying for a rental.  My car was just sitting.  It may be a used car but I did expect to get some satisfaction, with finance, I have paid on $20,000.00 for it.  Any appointments scheduled I made them and they were pointless.  Last month Adonis tried to charge me $1700.00 for a compressor and condenser, that had been performed by them in 2013.  Nevertheless; the car is shaking after they put the compressor back on, after taking it off and all of the lights are on such as the check engine.  Took the carright  back and told/showed them; said someone would call us, as of this day no call.  Called and left messages, no one called me back; and the car is still not drivable.  I have only put about 20,000 miles on the car since I bought it; and it is because of all their mechanics malfunctions.  By the way, none of the mechanics are employees at Adonis anymore that ripped me off.  Every single time they repaired the car they messed up something else, and yes the parts and labor is expensive, but I haven't had any problems with my 2013 Benz, this [redacted] guy is very condescending.  As stated previously, they tore up my jag, and think it's okay because they financed the motor, they didn't finance everything they performed.  Also, it is stated in the contract that I have a fifteen day grace as well with my other lender (s) too.  My car payment is due on the fifteenth and Amy, cut the switch off on the 16th.  I want the ridiculous charges for the motor exposed.  I have been ripped off and treated unfairly.  As stated [redacted], just started with Adonis and don't know half of the story, he's making things up. [redacted] is now driving his vehicle that we have done everything in our power to fix it in a timely manner. We have basically rebuilt the entire motor and cooling system. Thank you for the opportunity to clarify this complaint from one of our customers.  We appreciate our relationship with the Revdex.com.   Shalanda Talley was sold a debt cancellation policy when she purchased her vehicle.  At that  time we were transitioning away from AVP as our...

debt cancellation contract provider.  All of our debt cancellation policies have always be self-administered by Adonis Auto Group, and we  of course honor all parts of the contract that we sign with our customers.  If [redacted] car had been totaled the debt would have been totally forgiven per the terms in the agreement.   Unfortunately,  Shalanda fell behind in her regular car payments and was not able to catch up.  On August 15th, Shalanda called us at the office and explained that she did not intend to pay us and didn't want her vehicle anymore.  We repossessed her vehicle at that time.    Please don't hesitate to reach out with any additional questions.   Thanks!   [redacted]

I am rejecting their response because it's outright untruthful, I spoke with AVP and they specifically explained to me that Adonis never paid nor sent any applications to them. I never fell behind in a payment, I opted to voulantary repo because I wasn't going to keep getting scammed by Adonis. My daughter car was totaled and they refused to honor the Debt cancelation agreement because it was fraudulent from the beginning. If they were transitioning fromAVP why did Adonis continue to use AVP applications, not to mention I do have Ashley and Shannon recorded stating that they only use these documents to show the type of coverage. I also know that since I expose Adonis fraudulent acts they no longer use the these documents. I have no reason to continue to get Adonis to correct their wrong, so I will continue a little further and contact the Texas Department of Insurance.  Best regards!
