As stated in our earlier response...the client did not have any written correspondence from anyone here and they did not follow the requirements of the contract to as stated in our response...as for the clients comments about not getting service...we did and still do supply the service they contracted with us for...we have held up to our end of the contract and will until the end of the contract

Thank you for sending the complaint over...I've now researched the complaint and here are the facts:        1       Client signed a contract that included an auto renew clause that allows the contract to renew without interruption in service once the...

anniversary of the contract come up...unless client supplies a written notice to terminate the contract 60 days prior to renewal...he did not send any notice to terminate.        2       Client contacted our office, asked the rep in charge of the account what he could do to terminate the contract and was told that he could pay the unamortized remaining portion of the contract period and that would terminate the contract(upon payment we would send him release documents)...he asked us to send him an invoice that would cover the remaining balance...we did that in Nov 2017...we bill in quarterly increments and when Feb 2018 came around and we had no response to the "Remaining Bill/Invoice" we sent...we billed him for the next quarter ...as this was our normal cycle.        3       Client signed an authorization to auto charge his credit card for the quarterly invoices...so we charged his card for the quarterly bill in Feb 2018...just like we had been doing all along.        4       We tried to contact him to let him know that if he still wanted to terminate...he could pay the invoice we sent in Nov and deduct the Feb billing from the amount remaining.        5       The client... as far as we know has not decided one way or another...we have not heard from him yet with regard to this issue...we are surprised that he filed a complaint with you folks without even contacting us about the issue.I hope this response helps to explain the circumstances around this issue.Question:  What is the next step in the process?...I've never had to respond to this type of complaint before.

Contact made at termination of original contact and representative assured that the order was fulfilled. Three attempts were made to close at end of contract and business representative assured our comittment was complete. I have since paid in full through remaining contract based on invoice copies. Nothing like paying for something you don't get and cancelled prior.
