We got into an adoption match with this agency and the mother backed out. Per their policy the Networking Fee that we paid is refundable. Once the birth mom backed out this agency stopped responding to us. They refused to answer our questions in reference to the refund. We have emails, Paypal Invoices, etc. that can prove this. Once emailed, I can provide this. We are owed $450.
On July 21st, 2020. You sent an email asking for a refund on the networking fee that we set up for payment plan for you.
Sept 15, 2019 is when we talked about payment options to help your family during this time so you were not finacially strapped. You paid the following of the 3k networking fee. Nov 28, 2019 you paid $200 and Oct. 19, 2019 you paid $250. Unfortunately during that time we didn't have a refund policy and didn't even require you to continue making the payments owed to us. We hope you understand that we are unable to refund your $450 of the 3K that you have paid.
AFMC changed our refund policy in MARCH of 2020 to 100% refund. You responded to an email notification that went out to everyone on our email list that stated our 100% refund policy.
