I have had nothing but problems with Greenwood Chevrolet since I first started doing business with themI bought my first car from Greenwood Chevrolet in Hubbard in I told them what features I wanted and they recommended me a Chevy Aveo (2010)I trusted that since they dealt in cars they knew what they were doing, but now I know that they were just about making money because a simple search will tell you that chevy aveos are like the worst cars on the marketAnyways, they assured me the car would pass an inspection and told me to take it to Flynn's AutoIt did not pass inspection and I couldn't drive the car for a week as I called Greenwood Chevy several times each day, wanting to know what to do about the inspectionI left them several messages and they never called me backFinally I got a ride up there and told them that since I spent dollars in their company, they could have the decency to return my phone callShortly after purchasing the vehicle I also found out that the battery wasn't holding much chargeI had tried calling up there about it several times, to see if there was a warranty and again never got a call backMy father was nice and bought me a new batteryWell this summer I started having problems where the car would stop shifting gears while I'm driving itThis was terrifying to me, because I value my life and the lives of my two childrenI took it to Greenwood Chevrolet and they told me nothing was wrong with itI insisted there was and they insisted there wasn'tMy car overheated four days laterA friend looked at it and said the radiator badly needed drained and the car needed more coolantWhich as I am understanding are very basic problems that the dealership should have checked for when I took it inMy friend took care of those problemsI noticed the car only seemed to stop shifting gears if I was running the ac or heater, so I just haven't been using themNow last week the car over heated again and we discover there is a hole in the radiatorI have been calling the dealership a dozen times a day to see if it is under warranty and they wont call me backThis is just the gist of the problems I've been having with them
