Contacted Cornerstone to service two plumbing issues, one of which was needed prompt attention (busted water line to icemaker) Was able to schedule appointment for that afternoon without any difficulty Technician (Steve W.) arrived on-time, following call from HQ alerting me he was en route with ETA Was able to immediately identify cause for both problems, Water line was fixed immediately; 2nd item needed follvisit Called office two days later to schedule folland as with initial call, appointment booked and Steve arrived at scheduled time to complete work Steve took time to answer every question I had regarding specific problems and general questions I had as new home owner Repairs were made quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price I won't hesitate to call on Cornerstone again in the future and based on my experience would recommend them to individuals looking for prompt, courteous and efficient service
Ended up needing a new Home AC Unit I decided to go with Cornerstone Pros, and it was a great decision Travis and Ray installed the system with timeliness and professionalism Travis took his time to answer all my questions and explain how to use the system He and Ray did an outstanding job! Honestly, I had no idea they were plumbing services So when I found out I called them for a second opinion after I called a local plumbing company that quoted me almost $3,for my water pipes Reese the technician came in and quickly solved my problem for the price of a house call cost and told me what I would need long term and wasn't necessary what the other company had recommended He was very informative and helpful and they are an amazing local business! I highly recommend calling them first before anyone else!
Cornerstone was the third company we called We told them what we had been told needed to be done, they gave us a quote over the phone, and came out the next day The Tech was very thorough, wanting to make sure previous diagnosis was accurate He was friendly, presentable and made sure we understood each part of the process and explained everything clearly Our problem was as expected, however, the location of our air handler (tucked in a crawl space above our garage) made the project more difficult and take a little longer Even with the added work and time, the company stood by the quote they had given over the phone Quite impressed with their integrity and quality of work

Our AC unit is under warranty, and we were still charged for hour of labor to install a fan motorWill never recommend this company to anyoneNot happy
