We have offered 10% refund for their trouble

Revdex.com:

We offered a 10% refund back to the account initially .

While they keep arguing that the amount of the arrangement is not an issue, it very much affects the aesthetic of an arrangement. The phrase "we did what we could" certainly applies because we were given very, very specific instructions with limited time and limited budget.

And now this is just an unfortunate case of he says, she says as much as we'd hate to say that. In their response, they said we used WHITE spray roses and PURPLE hydrangea. Which we did not incorporate. They were PEACH spray roses and an antique PINK hydrangea that was used.

PLEASE advise on how we should proceed; we would appreciate it. Because we would refund any amount if we are for certain that it was our mistake. They've already posted a highly negative review on [redacted] as well as on your website. So this is already out there, obviously they wanted to cause even more damage before even getting to a conclusion.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
There are a few things that concern me with this response. The first issue I would like to address is the timeline in which Adore Floral has referenced. Yes, we did call the same day of the event, however I do not feel like Adore should have agreed to offer services if they knew that they could not offer what was asked of them. “We did what we could” is not an acceptable business practice when it comes to offering a service with a $500 invoice.
The next matter I would like to discuss is the pricing situation. Never during the conversation was there mention of a minimum. When I initially spoke with the designer I did mention $40 as the budget for the arrangements, she (the designer) did express her concern, and then stated she could complete the desired arrangement for $60. However, as I stated before the issue is not the price, the issue is that Adore Floral did not execute the design that was discussed and agreed upon.
In regards to the design of the arrangement it was to include peach, red, pink, and yellow. There was never mention of white roses, and if peach roses were used (which they weren’t) it wouldn’t have been an issue because that was apart of the color pallet discussed. Adore Floral utilized yellow/burgundy zinneas, white spray roses, white roses, and purple hydrangea in the arrangements. We are not claiming that they added anything, I attached a picture of the arrangement to the claim to show evidence of the arrangement that was produced.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Review: My name is [redacted] and I am [redacted] for [redacted]). I was planning an event for 25 VIPs during Fashion Week and after reading reviews for Adore I was convinced and decided to give them a try. I spoke with a young lady over the phone an discussed a color pallet or pink/peach/red/yellow and a budget of $60/arrangement for a total of eight arrangement to be delivered the day of the event.Upon arriving to the venue the arrangements were completed in the color pallet of white/purple/yellow/burgundy. I tried to reach out to the florist the evening of the event to rectify the situation but they were closed. The next business day I reached out thru email, phone call, and even made a visit to the store however I was not welcomed in a professional manner. During correspondences the [redacted] kept bringing up circumstances regarding pricing, vase size, and the timeframe in which the job needed to be completed just to undermine the fact that they did not deliver what was agreed upon. What's even more disappointing is we paid up front and trusted their professionalism to fulfill our order and they did not do so.Desired Settlement: In all fairness we would like to receive a full refund because what was agreed upon was not executed in the manner discussed.
