[redacted] [redacted] Dear Better Business Bureau, This is in reply to the complaint ID [redacted] Thank you so much for contacting us I looked into the customer’s case, and see that they have since reached us and been refunded for their May store credit, for we have a strict day refund policy We are not trying by any means to force customers in a subscription program I have attached below a screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image #1): Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the [redacted] reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchaseCustomers who do neither before the [redacted] are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit available for their use at any time Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image #2): The customer did not skip or make a purchase in March, Aoril, & May but was refunded for May Best regards, [redacted] [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I had originally opened a complaint against "Adore Me" Lingerie as I believe they're taking advantage of customers and putting them into a VIP program without proper notification/authorization After going to the extreme of removing all my information from them and filing a complaint, I found that they charged my credit card again this month After calling them they proclaimed that I re-entered the VIP program on March [redacted] when I processed an order for a store credit they were not willing to refund when I unsubscribed Their correspondence to the Revdex.com however states that I unsubscribed on March *** You'd think they'd have found it worth mentioning if I'd immediately signed back up again Originially when joining the VIP there was a $discount Apparently by throwing on a $discount to my second forced order they resubmitted me to the VIP program and therefore entitled themselves to more pre-authed deposits from my credit card How in seven hells is this kosherGo try to make a non-VIP order through that God-forsaken site and tell me that there isn't something very wrong there [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Adore me products are great quality and delivered on timeAlso great styles to choose fromI had one tank top/shorts tear near the button so I was a bit disappointed as I have worn it only a few times now, but all in all it has been a wonderful experience!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed my first and only order from them 8/ [redacted] and received tracking showing it would be delivered on 8/ [redacted] which was changed to 8/**It is now 8/ [redacted] and no package and tracking is all over the place with no updatesI have tried to contact the company to ensure cancellation of the VIP membership scam only to not be able to reach anyoneI would be on hold for extended periods of time only to finally hear the phone ring but then get immediately hung up onThis happened several timesI located a corporate office number only to get a "Mailbox Full" recording so that only further confirms my suspicions about this scam companyAttempts to post on their FB page were blocked and they also do not answer their emails requesting assistance I called the toll free number yet again and this time chose to speak to a "Stylist" knowing someone would answer because they assume the person calling wants help deciding on a productWell the girl who answered was super friendly until I told her why I was calling and had placed me on hold for minutes before coming back and telling me that her Manager was not in and that she could put in a request for her to "email" meI told her at this point that I wanted the VIP cancelled and she told me that she didn't know if the "system" would let her and that it would have to be cancelled later since there is an order in transitFrankly a membership has nothing to do with an order that I ALREADY PAID FORI called her out on it and she became hostile in her toneShe continued to spew lie after lie until I decided I had had enough of listening to her repetitive babbleI will have to cancel my debit card at this pointDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY" as they are NOT LEGIT!

Very pleased with the products and delivery serviceIt takes a bit longer to get a representative if you have a question but overall I am satisfied

I've made several purchases from Adore Me (lingerie and swimsuits) and I've been very happy with every single oneAll the items are true to size, and they offer many promotions and sales for VIP membersI almost always purchase during the buy one get one free sale, and am always satisfied
