Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: If "service is first than anything" why did I never receive any type of customer service call to ensure I was satisfied with the services held in my house? On several occasions, I personally attempted to contact the owner through text messages as well as the phone callsHowever, I did not receive a response from the owner until about a week after my attempted contactThe owner left me a message on my phone stating she had attempted to contact me several times, although I only received one missed call which I was unable to answer at the specific timeWhen I attempted to contact her back, she did not respond, but instead responded through a text message informing me I was being charged for their "services", but none of my concerns or questions, were ever acknowledged through the seemingly limited communication or "customer service" I receivedFurthermore, as a verbal agreement, the owner herself stated that there would be three people doing the initial cleaning for a total of four hours, but when I arrived at my house there were only two and it is uncertain how long they were there due to the fact there was no confirmation of the arrival of the maids or when they would begin servicing my homeThe agreed upon date of services to be completed was not in fact the date that the services were actually completedThe owner never confirmed with me the day of servicesThis in itself, caused my family to undergo unnecessary stress by setting off my security alarm and having me send law enforcement to our houseUpon arrival law enforcement informed me that my door was unlockedThis was due to the "maids" not locking my house when they abruptly left from triggering my security systemThe owner initially informed me that various areas of my house would be "spotless" and my house would "look like a brand new house" upon services were completedHowever, the owner stated in her response " due to the condition of the house her service was only able to clean what they did"When I inspected my house after services were completed I found one item which was broken on the floor and another of the same that was not to be seenAs well, there several areas in my house which were clearly not cleaned due to the fact they were in the same condition before services were completedFor the amount of money I was charged for a "deep cleaning" I expected for the services to be extremely thoroughThank you Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

Dear costumer I apologize for the inconvenience for Adove Cleaning costumer service is first than anythingFor Adove Cleaning it is very important the satisfaction of the costumer but due to the condition of the house and the time we had to complete the job my employees did the best they canWe tried reaching with you unfortunately our times didn't coincideWe been in this business for more then years and the majority of our costumers have been satisfy with our job so we are looking forward that you are as well.I understand how you feel due to what happen and if there is any way I can solve this problem I would we more than glad to help you

We have refunded the customer's payment in full We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience to the individual and his home Please be sure assured that we make every attempt to do our best to satisfy our customers and are regretful that we did not succeed with this customer
