ADP Claims Processing

I need delivery of my new ADP card to pay health care expenses They have $in our account I can not get any rational explanation - have been told "account in migration" That does not pay the billsMy husband was recently diagnosed with cancer and has had multiple surgeriesI need the ACTIVATED CARD TO PAY THE BILLS I have spent HOURS on the phone, being placed on hold, then hung up on Told numerous erroneous statements about resolution Product_Or_Service: Flex Spending Card Account_Number: [redacted]

Involves failure of ADP to process a claim reimbursement Claim reimbursement 1st sent to ADP via Certified mail on Dec Amount $ Resubmitted via certified mail Jan Still no refund processed February sent a fax March followed up with a letter Todate no action & no Email or letter explaining reason Certified mailings were signed for by staff @ ADP
