Here is my problemI signed up with ADP Cobra Services on 1-11-for continuation of insurance through 6-30- I have mailed them payments of $each = $They have acknowledged receiving the first and yesterday I faxed them the front and back of the 4th payment which they said they did not receiveThey received payment on 3-2-and payment on 4-1-When I contacted them late last week, they said they would refund payment in days Payment will be refunded to me, I suppose, within days after they figure out whose account they put my money inMy question...how come I can not get an immediate refundWhy are they allowed to hold my money for days I need this money to pay the new Cobra AdministratorThis is not fair to me Account_Number: [redacted]

they say they sent proof of coverage to Aetna and Caremark but they haven't recv'd anything

I have been paying COBRA ADP sense February for my health insurance coverageI am paid in full to May 31st yet I still have not received any health insurance coverage yet, I was supposed to be receiving the actual coverage through Harvard PilgrimThe company I was receiving COBRA through (***) went out of business in March of On March 31st ***'s account with Harvard Pilgrim was closed out however I wasn't notified of this from COBRA or Harvard PilgrimI continued to pay for coverage and didn't receive it without notification

ADP Retroactively cancelled my Insurance despite accepting payments for many monthsI've been unable to speak with anyone from ADP's Cobra Dept

I received a letter from ADP COBRA Services, dated 02/10/2017, stating that my benefits were canceled on 12/31/due to non-payment
