I have used AD PC Repair in the past and was generally satisfied with the knowledge and work exhibited by [redacted] The time it took for repair and return of my property was a bit long but did not negatively effect my satisfaction with the service However, I was very frustrated with Mr [redacted] the last time I obtained his services for a repair, There was a total lack of communication with him not responding to my inquiries about my property and status via email I had altered my schedule in order to meet with a couple of the appointments Mr [redacted] had requested to make with me, only for him to change them without noticeMr [redacted] picked up my laptop for repair over days ago and I have yet been able to retrieve my property from him The main concern for me is the nature of the information that he has access to while in possession of my computerThe lack of communication and unwillingness to complete service leads me to wonder what is happening with my property and infoI feel that it is imperative for communication with the customer when dealing with such personal info I have been patient and feel that he has taken advantage of that I have been without a computer for over days and / or a diagnosis in order to make a educated decision on how I need to proceed in acquiring a new one Good Work, Terrible Customer Service
